I found the massage to be relaxing overall, but the gentleman doing my massage appeared to be new or just wasn't very skilled, so it wasn't as great or good as I was hoping it would feel. It was more awkward and questionable than anything else.

I could hardly walk 3 days ago
I could hardly walk 3 days ago. Went in for a massage and felt a lot better. Went in yesterday and got fire cupped and feel 100%. Amazing!

Availability of appointment times/hours of operation are fantastic. Room was clean and soothing. The only opportunity for an improvement (and this is just a personal preference) would be that the masseuse let me know what they are about to do. For example, even though I added the hot towel treatment to my session, I didn't know when/how they would be used. So it kind of startled me when they were suddenly dropped onto my back side. Again, this is just a personal thing for me, and I'm still very much looking forward to booking my next session. It was wonderful!

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. I felt very uncomfortable. When booking, I booked with someone who I thought was a women “Anna” for a Swedish massage. A man came in to do the massage, which was odd but I came to terms with it. During the massage this was anything BUT. A Swedish massage. Random movements throwing oil on my back and breathing heavy the whole time. When I finally mustered up the courage to stop the massage, he left the room and brought in the manager. The manager and my therapist were standing over me asking questions about what was wrong and if I wanted a new therapist etc. but I was still naked on the table, feeling very vulnerable and uncomfortable I said I’ll pay full price I don’t want any trouble just wanted to get out of the room immediately and leave.
