Update: They reached out and made sure things would be handled. Busy season of the year my shipment had an issue, but they have communicated the problem very well and I expect my product soon.

I've ordered cdt from 4 different…
I've ordered cdt from 4 different terpene companies. All have been disappointing till I found mass terpenes. I order super skunk and sour diesel. Both were 10/10, super skunk is the best I've smelled in 20+ years. Super dank for sure. I also received 2 free 1ml samples that were also amazing. Also free syringe to use terpenes... none of the other companies added anything and sell shit terps

I wanted to reply here as well since it looks like you may not have seen our email with the shipment notification and tracking number. Yes, we absolutely did make a mistake on one of your bottles and I am sorry about this. We would never just leave a customer without something they ordered. You had messaged an email that we do not monitor for customer messages so I apologize if you felt ignored.
We shipped you the bottle we owed you last week and actually sent you twice as much for the inconvenience. We also included a few extra bottles free. Your shipment is already well on it’s way so you should be receiving them any day now. I just sent the tracking number over to you again a moment ago in case you did not see the notification last week.
