Contacted Masterclip due to Royal Mail failure.
Their response was incredible, efficient, professional, and to be honest, quite surprising in today's environment.
I know Masterclip products are first class, so I am happy to wholeheartedly recommend the product, and the company. Buy direct, it worth it for their customer care.

I am very sorry this has happened, this is cause by Royal Mail and very disappointing. The blades left here on 2nd of Jan which is 6 days ago. We pay for a next day service so I think that sadly the parcel is either badly delayed or lost. I will dispatch a second order today and I have also emailed you with further information.
Again sincere apologies this has happened, we are entirely in Royal Mail's hands once the packages leave here.
