We also feel your charges were reasonable, esp. when the wait time at Newark for my son to see his wife processed was much longer than anticipated, and you did not increase the bill any more than what it was originally to be. Our driver showed up a few minutes early which was a relief because we had an earlier flight. He waited in our drive way until we met him outside. He kindly loaded our luggage into his suv. His SUV was in clean, superior condition. No issues with the drive or drop off at JFK. Will use again!

I returned from my trip on a Sunday night under bad weather (snow and rain). My driver was very patient and friendly. It took a long time for my suitcase to come out but this was no problem for him. UBER is cheaper but not better. I recommend Matrix Limo.

Driver never arrived! We had to scramble to get an Uber driver for the 1hr ride in order to make our flight at JFK airport! This was at 5 AM the Saturday after Thanksgiving. No answer on driver's cell phone, or automated notification number, or company supplied number. Still, after 48hrs, no one has contacted me with an apology or explanation. After 10 years of using this service we will be switching companies!

For the booking, prices are fair and responses are quick, plus they're understanding and accommodating to schedule changes. Pick up was solid. I received a text from the driver telling me he was there, then he told me exactly where to meet him for the pickup. Ride was smooth with no issues. Would book again with Matrix for sure!
