I’m unsure as the front pages before you click free trial or premium do not display and costs/charges. I’d really like this to be more transparent at the front end. Could this be changed so subscription costs are seen straight away? I’m not saying anything wrong it’s that I’d like to see it .

Guess I expected more with premium membership.. Seems about same as free emails. On the plus side, when I have emailed Matt he responds quickly.

The lifetime access was a very good deal. I highly recommend it. Matt's response time is also phenomenal. I am a very satisfied member.

Several times a week I get a newsletter from Matt giving me notice of cheap flights from various airports on the east coast; I can get them from all the major airports in the country, but choose not to do this. As a subscriber, I am also able to ask him to give me any discounted flights from smaller airports, e.g. Harrisburg, PA, to my destination. He is always pleasant and prompt with his responses. I highly recommend his services.

I've had two interactions with Matt. One with help setting up my account and another looking at flights for a weekend trip. Both times he was very helpful! Fast responses and great deals. Would recommend!

i too signed up several months ago and the only reply i received was to fly 30 something hours for a six hour destination. Yes i guess the flight may have been less expensive but does not address the extra costs for layover accommodations ,food and the overall discomfort to abilities nearing our elderly ages. The only mail i get is to sign up again and again and spend another rediculous amount to add more for US exchange and receive absolutely no satisfaction to this platform . Had this site been up front about how it provides "cheaper flights" then i would not have wasted my time or money. If they really read these reviews then maybe Matt will make good on what is advertised.

We looked into Matt's Flights to see what was being offered. He provides a very valuable service for anyone looking for a deal on Airline fares. Alerts are provided via email on a timely basis. The service is especially valuable to those who are able to have flexible travel dates and destinations. While we did not sign up at this point in time because our travel plans are already made for this year, we will consider his service in the future. Thanks Matt!

I hope I've signed up for a legitimate flying experience. We are not sure of our traveling dates yet. We take all this very seriously and are looking forward to traveling more because of this offer. We do have some reservations because of all the nasty people who have messed up flights and because of so many recent plane issues involving birds and wrong runways. We are trying to keep positive and looking for good flight experiences.

I go the NYC annually at Thanksgiving for a week of intensive theater...Last year I saw 9 shows as well as a TV show and 4 museums. I started to plan my trip for 2023 and looked at air fares. Even the popular third party sites had expensive rates for November. I contacted Matt's Flights and gave my dates. He got back to me the next day with two options, both of which were less than half the prices I was seeing on my search. I booked one immediately that had convenient times... Quick service, varied options, reputable airline... I could not have done better on
my own...and...I saved myself several hours of research. Thank you!
