Avoid!!! Please check all the negative reviews before deciding to join this energy supplier. The positive reviews are fake! Every month it’s a rip off, bills have no explanation of what I have used and how much they charge. They are thieves, they make you sign for 3 years because they know tha who signs only realise after what they are like and they cannot leave. By the time your contract has ended they have ripped you off. What they charge make no sense. When you call it’s always the same two people, always the same answers.
I am taking legal action against this summers

Your response is simply not true. Our complaint has NOT been properly investigated or resolved.
You continue to sweep this matter under the carpet, ignoring the most serious issues and repeatedly providing copy-and-paste responses to selected questions while leaving the most important ones unanswered.
You have provided us with broker contact details that cannot be verified, including a telephone number that does not work. Despite our repeated requests, you have failed to provide reliable information allowing us to identify and contact the company responsible.
Most importantly, you continue to ignore the fundamental fact that WE DID NOT WANT OR AGREE TO THIS ENERGY CONTRACT.
My husband wanted to update his details with British Gas, not switch energy suppliers. Yet we have been forced into a contract that we repeatedly objected to.
You seem unwilling to acknowledge that a customer has the right to question and dispute a contract they believe was entered into without their informed consent.
Instead of providing evidence, answering our questions and investigating the broker's conduct transparently, you repeatedly claim that the matter has been fully reviewed.
A complaint is not resolved simply because you decide to close it internally.
Stop hiding behind generic statements and GDPR excuses. We are not asking you to disclose private account information publicly. We are demanding genuine answers, verifiable broker details and a proper investigation.
We will not accept your attempts to dismiss this matter as resolved when the central allegations remain unanswered.Dear Maxen Power,
Given the extremely serious circumstances surrounding this case, including the invalid telephone number provided for Intelect Marketing, the lack of response to my emails, and the disputed circumstances under which this energy contract was arranged, I am now referring this matter to the police as suspected fraud.
I have serious concerns that we may have been deliberately misled and that Maxen Power and the brokerage company may have been involved in improper conduct.
I will provide the police with all available evidence, including correspondence, contact details supplied by Maxen Power, and information concerning the circumstances in which my husband was instructed to agree to a contract he did not knowingly authorise.
We continue to dispute the validity of this contract and demand its cancellation without penalties.
Your decision to close our complaint without adequately addressing these serious concerns is unacceptable.
I expect full cooperation with any investigation conducted by the relevant authorities.
