The customer support has been nothing but amazing! I had multiple issues with a keycap set, and they were able to resolve this, even when I kept bringing up issues over time. Shoutout to Mattias for being an awesome customer service representative!

great besides (sexist) customer service
The store is nice and has amazing products, but some of their customer service is rude / sexist. I say sexist, because my husband has never gotten the same attitude and issues as I have with the customer service - he gets excellent treatment, actually. I get a very dismissive reply that boils down to "sorry you can't read or see the image on our webpage" (an image of a closed case, so no i cannot see the issue with the color on the webpage!).
Of course this could be a different customer service agent, but hard to say when we can't see the name of the person handling our cases.
It's a shame, because otherwise my experience with the store has been excellent. Nothing has broken in shipping, everything is shipped fast and I can find what I want in the store. This just taints that experience.
