Total Scam – Avoid This Seller At All Costs I originally attempted to purchase Pasotti Umbrellas through eBay, but the seller canceled my order and pressured me to buy directly from their website. They promised a deeper discount by "saving on eBay fees."
I never received the items and am now out of my money. To make matters worse, despite reaching out multiple times in English, they only reply in Ukrainian, making communication impossible. This is a classic bait-and-switch scam. Do not trust them with your money.

MaxxLuxury is a standalone website and is not affiliated with eBay in any way. We do not sell on eBay, cancel eBay orders, or ask customers to move purchases off any marketplace. For that reason alone, your reference to an eBay transaction does not correspond to our business or processes.
Additionally, we do not communicate in Ukrainian. All customer communication is handled in English only, so this claim is also incorrect.
We have reviewed our records and cannot find any order or communication matching the situation you describe. Every order placed on our website is confirmed, tracked, and delivered, and any genuine issue is handled directly and transparently.
