They really had some beautiful jewelry.I really love wearing the jewelry I have bought. There was little glitch with an order never got the merchandise I ordered a gold ring and a bracelet but never received it. I am somewhat surprised that, after my detailed response, you have chosen simply to increase the proposed refund from $168.85 to $253.28 without addressing any of the substantive concerns I raised.
This is not a matter of whether I will accept a 30% refund.
I have raised concerns about the repeated “going out of business” advertising (falst advertisement), the representations made about the jewellery, and the fact that the advertised closing date of December 2025 has passed while the business continues to advertise in the same manner in 2026.
There is also the very real issue of the consequences to customers who purchased these items believing the representations made in your advertising.
Ordered jewellery intended to give it as meaningful gifts to family, friends and colleagues for occasions including baptisms, confirmations, weddings, engagements, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and birthdays. To discover afterwards that items may be materially different from what was represented is not simply a question of receiving an inexpensive product. It is deeply embarrassing and upsetting to have promised quality gifts in good faith that may turn out to be of little or no value.
There are further issues that cannot simply be dismissed by offering a percentage refund, including items being sent that were not ordered, orders being incorrectly fulfilled, and items that were paid for but never received.
The contrast is particularly striking when one considers inexpensive marketplaces such as Temu. Whatever one's opinion of such marketplaces, a customer generally understands that they are purchasing inexpensive imported merchandise. The serious concern here is that Maya & Henry's advertising creates an entirely different impression regarding the nature, authenticity, value and circumstances of the jewellery being sold.
The repeated “closing down” narrative and the resulting sense of urgency are also matters I have specifically asked you to address.
Your latest response does not address any of these issues.
I therefore decline the $253.28 offer.
I am willing to consider a serious and substantive resolution—one substantive enough to properly recognise not only the financial losses involved, but also the consequences and embarrassment caused by  purchases made in good faith and intended given these items in reliance upon the representations made by your company.
If Maya & Henry wishes to resolve this matter, I am willing to consider a serious and substantive response. Otherwise, I will determine the appropriate next steps independently.
Please do not send another standard percentage-refund offer without addressing the matters raised in my correspondence.
And, given the circumstances, I must say that the closing statement, “We love your feedback!”, is particularly difficult to reconcile with the serious concerns I have raised.

I loved the earrings and even though the bracelet was too small, I was able to gift it because I threw away the shipping label/packaging. I still give this rating.

While have looking for right ring to put on beautiful wife a came across ms Maya &henry website I took a little to look deep into the offers I seen but in today world you have to be very careful so I found a perfect ring for my wife of sevens and I purchased the ring set it brought so much joy into our life and marriage for it TRUELY is the little things that count the most her smile lit up the room we where in so TRUELY I thank ms Maya & Henry for my finding them to be God sent blessing for my beautiful wife and I I am planning to make another purchase soon.

All you have to do is put your jewelry up to a magnet. If it is real gold it will not stick to the magnet. Also maybe you people who are so over joked with the jewelry should try reading all about Maya and Henry. Go to AI and ask them who these people really are. They will tell you and direct you to their website. Well guess what. No. One there is no Henry. The name is Maya Henry. She is around 26 yrs old a ND she is a fa.ous model in London. So there are not old and retired. and there is no 2 of them there is just Maya Henry. Thank God even tho their ad is still ongoing they were shut down awhile ago. You cannot place any orders.
