When my products were delivered to the wrong address by the local company, my items were lost. I contacted Olavita they were extremly helpful. When they could not find the lost goods they replaced them. Very kind helpful assitance and great communication. Absolutely would reccomend Olvita. Great customer service

I couldnt use the face solution and asked how to return and they offered me money back and didnt need to return.. so amazing ! I didnt get full refund but that is okay better than packing and having to go to post office or carrier to send back plus shipping charges

I had a query. When I paid and ordered my product, the website had a warning that I must watch a video and not refresh or get out of it as I may be double charged, the video was lengthy and I got out of it and then didn't receive a confirmation of my order. Then I thought it must of been a scam, I contacted their office, and within an hour I had a response and confirmation of my order.

they took care of my issue within 24hrs
This is my first time buying from Olavitaskin. I needed to remove one of my items, after the order was completed. (I decided to get 6 jars, but I had already ordered 3 jars). I contacted the company, asking if they could remove the item for 3 jars. Frankly, I didn't think it could done. But, within 24hrs I received an email letting me know it was removed.
