Maya is trich central
Trich bags! Waste of time… no wonder they give away bags Willy nilly….. Jessica is absolutely full of the crap. The syringe is working fine in the other bag - how ironic. Another bag that was sat there for 2-3 weeks - the syringe is clean on agar… and once again is trich in there bags. Surprise surprise this woman thinks this company is perfect can never own up to any problems. They beg for reviews for free bags and this is also the 3rd time I have seen trich bags from this supplier with other customers also steer well clear!!!! Trust me she is a con. Luckily two out of the three bags haven’t shown trich yet. There is another 1.5kg that was sat for 2 weeks or so. Trich within 3 days. If the syringe is clean on agar then guess what Jessica you sell contaminated bags. Stupid woman. Don’t even have a website and just uses eBay. Company is a fraud clearly. They sell bags with contam when the syringes are clean in others and on agar. Literally stupid woman if thousands of people used them you’d have more reviews. Do not trust Jessica and do not trust Maya like I did. Her actual words was you can have a free bag for every review also…. What a twisted soul. She tried to make out she’s right yet again my making more presumptions that I used an mss lmao. It was a culture this company is a fraud !!

Wow, what a 'customer'. After about 20 messages of support, and after agreeing to his demands of sending him free bags (which we shouldn't have done!) - he then leaves us this review?! Some people. Knew from the start we shouldn't have engaged with him - a very hostile person.
Check out his profile and the feedback he's left for other companies, and their responses... Unbelieveable. Seems like he uses reviews as a way to leverage free products from businesses, at least, that's what he did with us.
He experienced contamination in his grow due to using a spore syringe which was contaminated. Simple. We strongly advise people not to use spore syringes to inoculate grain because of the greatly increased risks of contamination, but people continue to do so anyway and hope for the best. Spore syringe vendors claim their syringes are "100% Guaranteed Clean/Sterile, Free from Contaminants" - This is simply impossible to guarantee due to the nature in which spores syringes are made, taken from mushroom caps grow and harvested in unsterile open air conditions.
His contamination was provably nothing to do with the grain bags we supplied him but we reluctantly agreed to his demands and sent him some free bags anyway as a gesture of goodwill and to try and keep him happy - we won't be doing this again.
We try to help every customer, even when they don't follow instructions but his inexperience in growing mushrooms was obvious and the subsequent contamination experienced, was not only to be expected, but was at no fault of the products we supplied him.
We supply thousands of bags of sterilised grain and grow kits each week to hobby growers and professional growing operations many of whom we have been happily serving for years without a single issue.

Amazing company to deal with. Quick and safely packaged delivery, amazing communication as I thought I’d initially ordered the wrong item. Also, I’ve inoculated the sterile grains with some lions mane and mycelium growth has already occurred. Probably the best sterile grains I have ever bought.

Excellent products at a very reasonable price. Had great success with both their grain spawn bags and their all in one grow bags.
Shipping was fast and everything was discreetly packaged with plenty of instructions.
