My first time ordering from this site. Process was quick and easy and my products were sent out very promptly. Sadly one of my sterilised bags was contaminated upon arrival. I contacted the founder Paul who was very quick to get back to me. He explained how this happens from time to time and also offered some advice regarding some of my planned techniques. He offered me a free replacement that will be better suited to my needs. All in all I am very pleased with the service I received, I would recommend this site to others and will certainly be using it again myself in the near future.

Great service - website is easy to browse, payment was intuitive with option of card or transfer, and the range of products is good. The order came very quickly. I had a query about the briquettes which came separately, I think due to size and weight, and I received a very prompt reply from Paul. Great website for a mushroom hobbyist, will use again.

Great company ethics!

I bought some sterilised rye and unfortunately, after inoculation, noticed a serious contamination. Now, to be fair, this could have been due to a whole lot of things. I mean really, it could have been one or more of a whole host of factors, it doesn't necessarily mean that anything was wrong with the rye, although it's up there in terms of being a likely possibility.

I thought I'd give Paul a message, just to let him know, and to see if there was any possibility of refund at all.

He was apologetic and transparent straight from the start, and didn't try to shift blame at all, which is admirable given the circumstances.

He offered me a full refund straight away, or a replacement amount of rye that was double the amount I paid for, and he would throw some extra goodies in as well! I took the refund as I wouldn't feel comfortable putting him out of pocket like that, but what I will say is that that kind of service is hard to forget!

This is the owner of a business that really cares about its customers and is looking to do whatever it takes to retain them and keep them happy.

Paul has earnt my respect, that's for sure!

Will definitely be buying off this business in future, and recommending whenever the opportunity arises :)

Communications from Hear me Raw over the past few difficult months have been good keeping me updated about my order.

Great company, had a bit of a delay due to the pandemic but under an hour of emailing them I was emailed back and reassured it was on its way. Will definitely be using again!

I am really happy in everyway with the produce and the communication and the speed of delivery all very good. I will be use again in the future.
