3 Days for delivery, incorrect info on website. No opology
Ordered online. Later that day inside my order profile it said out for delivery. Never came. Next day I emailed asking when it was coming and that I had stayed home for nearly 2 days as I was expecting it to come due to the message on the system. Eventually came back saying it would be delivered the next day, no time given and said I'd get a call when someone was on the way. Never got a call. Anyway it came but if you're in a hurry or expect good customer service or a website that gives correct information I would avoid in future.

Thanks for your feedback, all concerns have been addressed privately in an email to you hopefully you are satisfied with the reply. Just for clarification; you ordered on a Wednesday afternoon, your order was delivered on the Friday as per the instructions sent in the email. Apologies the driver didn’t call before delivery as you had been instructed he would.
Friendly staff
Friendly staff and always extremely helpful. The ability to be able to save each week is an extremely handy service.
