Steve Maher
Steve Maher is an exceptional instructor who made the course both engaging and interesting. His explanations were clear and easy to understand, and he paid close attention to each topic. Every subject was thoughtfully crafted to address the needs of those in real estate, making the information about the exterior, interior, attic, and basement highly relevant and useful. This approach helped me understand the performance standards and the importance of conducting a thorough residential property inspection. Based solely on the McKissock training, I passed on the first attempt the pre-registration exam required for PAREA acceptance with the Appraisal Institute. Today 4/30/25 my registration in PAREA is official. The quality of the McKissock training is invaluable in supporting the goals and objectives of an aspiring residential appraiser.
