Mcquaide Avis 

I pre ordered the Q1-B in crimson as I thought it looked really cool and unique online. The pictures didn't do it justice as the watch surpassed all my expectations when I received it.
I love the unique pattern and the card that identifies it is a great touch. It's a chunky case but fits well on my 17cm wrist.
My code for a free travel case didn't work at first on the site but I contacted Rob who created me my own personal close which worked perfectly. Turns out Rob in customer services was actually Rob the founder of the company and I was really impressed by his personal input.

Great communication and items were with me within a day. Just as described and great quality.

This watch is everything Rob said it would be. It’s truly a fantastic timepiece. It looks amazing, feels great on my wrist, and the movement is excellent. So far, I have no criticism of this piece. Rob hit a home run with this thing!

I received the watch five days agp and have not taken it off. It is indeed very nice. The movement is accurate, the case is very confortable on the wrist and the contrast on the dial is a home run!

I received my McQuaide C1 with the green dial in May this year. It is a fantastic watch, it looks great, is very accurate (about +2 seconds per day), wears very comfortably on my 7" wrist and the damascus steel makes every one unique! Rob McQuaide is a great chap, friendly and trustworthy, I've met him twice now and he's always the same. I look forward to seeing his next watch design!

Where to start? First off I purchased the C1 Solstice and in the flesh this watch is simply stunning, the crimson colour and the Damascus steel compliment each other so well and the Watchgecko strap that it comes on just finishes it off perfectly, the dimensions are spot on, it has a great weight to it and sits lovely and flush on the wrist, the sword handset is the perfect choice and the smooth sweep from the Selitta movement is a delight to watch, honestly this watch could be double the price (and probably should be considering the specs) and I would have no hesitation paying it, it's that good. I also had the pleasure of having my watch hand delivered by the owner Rob and he's a great guy, passionate about the watches he's creating and loves to hear feedback from the customers that will help him make the best watches possible. He also told me what he's got planned for the next one and all I'll say is have your wallets ready because I think it's going to be good!

The order and watch purchase was delivered exactly as expected. Rob kept me updated all the way along and delivered as promised. Would certainly order from again! Well done! 👍

The Damascus Steel is clearly the selling point and doesn’t disappoint. It is absolutely stunning and totally unique. I went with the C1 Midnight (black) and it sits lovely on my 160mm wrist. Correspondence from Rob was great.

Great watch better than COSC specs beautiful damascus case and brilliant lume. Love it.

A watch company to watch!

This is my third McQuaide watch. I started with the McQuaide Q1 in Obsidian & within a day of ownership I was back on the website to order the same watch in Crimson - it was/is that good so when I realised the Cosmopolitan C1 was in the making I placed my Pre-Order & to say I'm delighted with it can only be described as an understatement - It's absolutely fantastic & has been on my wrist since it arrived, I honestly can't talk more highly or recommend the Cosmopolitan or for that matter the Q1 more.

Incredible customer service from this company, the Damascus steel watchcase is absolutely stunning. I do agree in line with one or two other comments. I’ve heard that it would be great if all the indices including the numerals were applied or if they could have made the numerals pop a little bit more – they look quite Flat, but it’s a beautiful watch, very comfortable, keeping good time, no regrets and I thoroughly recommend, I have it in Read which is a gorgeous bright red, it looks good in all the other colours to me as well

I just received my new McQuaide Cosmopolitan watch this morning and an completely over the moon with it. I did have an issue with DHL deliver who seemed to have played rugby with the parcel and so I contacted McQuaide about some damage to the box. No only was their website Web-bot super helpful it enabled me to interact with Rob who's going to get replacement packaging out. Not McQuaide's fault but the way it's all been a great experience makes we want to share and buy when their next iconic timepiece comes out.
I purchased the watch after meeting Rob at a watch event and was really impressed with the brand, it's identity and the quality of what they are producing. I also love the small but important touch of getting a 'passport' for your watch as each damascus steel watch is different it means everyone gets something a little unique, and that's on top of a quality british assembled timepiece!!

Rob is the best. His interest in making sure his customers get what they want is very apparent.
I can’t wait to buy another watch from him. No one else makes what he does. They are all one of a kind timepieces.
