I was waiting for a few days to get it packed and shipped, but once done, it arrived very quickly. I was in touch with Jake, and he was very friendly while answering all my questions. Now I can enjoy my beautiful new bike.

I made my initial enquiry for a new bike by email, this provoked an immediate response by phone from Jake who after asking what type of cycling I would be doing went through lots of possibilities, (he advised on the pros and cons of each) and I was able to make what I think was a good decision based on his advice. Payment was simple, and delivery was as promised.
A concern that I did have was what if I don't like it, but that was not a problem as I could return it free of charge if there was a problem.

We offered our unused new bike for sale and Jake offered a price, which we agreed. Jake then sent us an email that he would collect the bike the following day, I accepted this and then never heard from him again. I sent several chasing emails and eventually received a reply today, three weeks later, saying that he was not interested in the bike. Be very careful of this company they think nothing of wasting your time and appear to have no morals whatsoever.

We travelled from West Wales to Manchester and arranged to meet Jake the following morning before heading home. We agreed a price + place of meeting. My husband viewed the bike and Jake explained everything. Very professional and helpful. Can't fault the service + bikes come with a 1 year warranty
