I tried to work with Medcare LLC as a wholesale buyer, but honestly, the whole experience raised a lot of red flags.

They refused to provide any basic business verification documents like EIN, business license, or even a proper resale certificate. The only thing they offer is a full-paid invoice, and they expect you to use it for Amazon ungating — but that’s risky.

Here’s the real issue: their company name isn’t consistent. It shows up differently on their invoices "Medcare LLC", their website footer "Medcare GROUP LLC", and in public business records "Medcare GROUP USA LLC". So if you try to use their invoice on Amazon or any legit platform, there’s a high chance it’ll get rejected — and you’ll be the one in trouble, not them.

This feels shady and unprofessional. I decided not to risk my Amazon account, and honestly, I’d warn others to double-check everything before working with them.

Make it very hard for you to buy as you will have to use them to prep. For their new policy. I will never use this company They don't return your calls. There is no direct phone. Nobody answers very limited information. Once you put your money in, you're screwed.

Scam and will not return your calls or respond to emails

I've placed 2 orders with Medcare LLC. They've been extremely helpful and assisted me when I've needed it. Prep pricing was very reasonable too. I will definitely order through them again

Medcare Group LLC claims to be an authorized wholesale supplier of CeraVe products in the USA, as indicated on their website. Medcare Group LLC is not listed among these authorized retailers. Therefore, it's recommended to exercise caution and verify the authenticity of products when purchasing from Medcare Group LLC.

Says they are authorized distributor but when confronted with a counterfeit product claim, they provided no documentation to verify the authenticity of their products. They are not a reliable business partner. And have sketchy business policies. I tried to cancel an order (after the counterfeit issue on the first product I ordered from them) and was told that they had already ordered it and could not cancel. 6 weeks later, I inquired when my product would be delivered since they had already ordered it and didn't cancel it. They were *surprised* I still wanted to take delivery (I think they assumed I lost my third party seller account due to the issues on their first product and had given up) Then they had to admit they had never actually ordered it and eventually issued a refund. If I had not contacted them, I'm quite sure they would have happily kept my money w/o delivering the product.

Don't ever buy anything from them they are totally scam i have lost 1000usd they mention product bundle shampoo and conditioner but they only sent conditioner they even mention assin in that says bundle I have lost my money so please you don't waste yours they dont even have the stock

No les compre nada al final, hace mas de 1 mes les hice una orden de compra, me enviaron la factura pude hacer ungate en amazon, y luego dejaron de responder para continuar con la compra. No se cual es su objetivo, y como trabajan, ya que no tienen ningun canal de ventas donde respondan fehacientemente

Unfortunately this company has been very unresponsive. I've been trying to reach them out by email and phone for a whole week - uncountable times, and they never get back to me and my team. I simply wanted to place a PO and do business with them! Ironically, I receive advertisings from them all the time.

Don't believe all 5* stars, they are all from Medcare LLC company account. Such a good LIAR. SCAMMER. Do not buy from this company. Never again. Terrible customer service

Some items are expensive. I have to spend time going through the list to find the good items but at the end a few items make me good money. They have new list every month though
