A good night's sleep

I ordered this pillow in the middle of the night after multiple nights of sleeping in pain. It had been more then a year sense I could sleep on my side. When I first got this i still couldn't sleep on my side but i stayed asleep through the night. My back and shoulders slowly started relaxing. I started sleeping better. Now that I'm not in constant pain I can actually sleep on my side again! I had no idea that when I got this pillow it would help my lower back and my shoulders and neck, but it did!

MedCline has superfast shipping.
I placed an order on Sunday night and received my MedCline sleep system on Wednesday.
The inclined support concept combined with the body pillow delivers the most comfortable resting position and sleep I've experienced in months. It has greatly relieved pain from shoulder surgery and virtually eliminated any acid reflux I occasionally experienced.
In addition MedCline has the nicest, most courteous, and professional customer service people. They go above and beyond the expected 'norm' to make sure the customer understands the system and is familiar with how it should work and is completely satisfied with their purchase and the system as a whole.

Very Helpful and Realistic Hope for my Sleep

Consistently getting a good night’s sleep is like an endless search for the Holy Grail. I have a hiatal hernia which bothered me consistently so I ordered the Reflux Relief system. My reflux improved pretty quickly. I had previously tried countless pillows types as well as propping the bed up on blocks. But MedCline has a very clever design that covers all the bases. And it doesn’t seem gimmicky—each piece has a purpose. I am still tweaking my body position, but this company also has the most fantastic customer service. Customers can schedule a dedicated consultation by phone. During my call, the MedCline specialist listened to all of my details and then gave a variety of recommendations. Notably, this was NOT a sales call. In fact, my specialist Hayley mentioned the circumstances in which MedCline’s products might not be a good fit and she sincerely reminded me of their return guarantee. Absolutely no pressure. Incidentally, one of her solutions also covered a long-standing sleep comfort issue for me. Now I’m looking forward to even better nights of sleep.

I love the shoulder support this pillow…

I love the shoulder support this pillow gives, when used with the body pillow it’s a great nights sleep. No pressure or strain on your shoulder muscle or tendons. My only complaint is the bottom wedge could be flatter for smoother transition from pillow to mattress, kinda digs into your side.

MedCline Pillow is life changing

I have used the MedCline pillow since 2020ish and it has changed my life. I sleep so well which led to better overall health. It met the promises of relieving GERD and shoulder pain....I love it and would recommend it to everyone and anyone ‼️

Fantastic Customer Service

I will admit, the medcline relief system did not work for me, it causes me hip pain. But the company has such great customer service that I felt compelled to leave a 5 star review. They let me keep the body pillow at a significant discount and while they don't accept pillow cover returns, they sent me a new pillow case that works with the body pillow. They are really transparent that there is a return fee for the trial period and that they do not refund shipping costs. I really appreciate their kind and helpful customer service reps.

Arrived quickly

Arrived quickly. It takes some time to get used to, so definitely experiment with different ways to adjust yourself. I will say, I do dislike the insert pillow and use one of my softer pillows in that spot. The body pillow is amazing. I love the weight of it. It’s soft yet supportive. The pocket I use sometimes. I am typically a side sleeper but I switch it up a lot. The pocket in the wedge pillow is useful and relieves shoulder pressure like they say. I will say, $250 is a lot for pillows but I struggle with fibromyalgia and spend a lot of time in bed and this pillow system does help a bit, but it hasn’t changed my life yet. But I think it’s one of those things that takes time to acclimate to. My husband says I snore less and the wedge pillow assists with the same thing another famous wedge pillow does. They do take up a lot of space, so if you share a bed with a partner keep that in mind.

I'm a side sleeper, this system is a game changer

I'm a side sleeper because it was easier on my back. But sleeping on my sides is very difficult on my shoulders. This sleep system was an absolute game changer for me. It does take a little time to get used to it, but not too long, maybe a couple of weeks. But once you get in the groove and know how to utilize this sleep system to your needs, it does wonders. No more shoulder pain. In fact, because of the slight elevation and the body pillow, which I can use to prop up my legs, I can now sleep on my back as well. It takes off the pressure from my lower back and the body pillow feels like I'm being wrapped up and held through the night, but in a comforting way. A third benefit for me, is this sleep system while laying on your side, your shoulder tucked away and hugging the body pillow and letting the system evenly dispurse your body's weight, feels like I'm sleeping on my stomach, but without the awful back pain. Can this system be replicated with cheaper versions, maybe, but you would have to buy all the parts separately, and still not have all the parts to be the most beneficial. I am 5'8", 230lbs for reference if this helps others get a better night's sleep. The only problem for me, is when I'm traveling, I have to sleep using multiple pillows to even try to get some comfort and it makes me miss how well this system had changed my life.

I have hEDS

I have hEDS, and the past year with this pillow has decreased if not eliminated my night time subluxation and dislocations. I’m able to sleep comfortably on my side without fear of shoulder, hip and neck pain. My migraines have decreased, and I sleep through the night most nights without having to readjust my pillows; I used to sleep with 12 different pillows now I have the Medcline system and two more for supplementation only when needed for certain flareups

Finally!!

Finally! Shoulder and neck relief! I’m a side sleeper and as a result I have been suffering with shoulder and neck pain. I’ve tried so many different pillows and even tried different sleeping positions but nothing was working until I found this pillow. Not only do I have a lot less shoulder and neck pain and stiffness, but my arms and hands are no longer falling asleep at night. If you’re fed up with pain and stiffness in your neck and shoulders, get this pillow set!

Fabulous product

Fabulous! I bought my Medcline 13 sleeps ago. I did practice in the evenings before bed a few times to learn what positions I liked best. I also bought the cooling body pillow cover, which as a hot sleeper, is a game changer for me. For reference I purchased the regular set, but even that has helped my reflux a lot. Thanks Medcline!

Pillow never arrived

I ordered a medcline pillow for surgery, supposed to arrive on September 8 for a procedure on September 15.
On the 14th I get an update saying the delivery was delayed with no update otherwise!

This is a very expensive product and it's pathetic if it hasn't even arrived.

I'd specifically reached out to them before to make sure it would arrive in time.

Horrifying pillow

Horrifying pillow. Awful company. Hurts your shoulder worse than any other. Beware, $45 pillowcase NOT REFUNDED if you don't keep it wrapped, which is hard while testing pillow. Also, $25 processing fee. So, total of $70 experiment. Finally, they make you wait 30 days to return, though it was obvious in 1 night that this is a disaster. I'd give it a NEGATIVE 5, if i could. Beware - go anywhere else.

Really uncomfortable pillow

Really uncomfortable pillow. The edge causes so much pain in the armpit and cuts off circulation and the wedge puts a ton of extra pressure on your hip. I watched every video a d tried customer support to help both are useless. The return is a pain and a scam in hopes you give up.

Reported Fraud to FTC - Review of MedCline Scam & Amenity Health, Inc.

After my customer service interaction with MedCline, that basically told me to bugger off, I just reported them to FTC, just Google “report fraud FTC”.

That being said, we need more people to report in order for the FTC to investigate MedCline and all of us to get refunds as per the FTC website:

Subject: Complaint Regarding MedCline Shoulder Relief System – Product and Return Policy Concerns

I am submitting this complaint regarding my experience with Amenity Health, Inc., the manufacturer of the MedCline Shoulder Relief System.

After purchasing the product, I found it to be uncomfortable and impractical for sleep. The design restricts movement and causes disruption when attempting to change sleeping positions. As a result, the product is no longer in use.

When I attempted to initiate a return, I encountered delays and was informed that the process would take several weeks. Additionally, I was charged a restocking fee that was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. This may violate the FTC Act, which prohibits deceptive practices and requires clear disclosure of return policies. Furthermore, under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, consumers are entitled to specific warranty terms for products that fail to perform as advertised.

Upon reviewing consumer feedback on platforms such as Trustpilot, I found numerous similar complaints, suggesting a pattern of delayed returns and unclear policies. These practices raise concerns about transparency and compliance with federal consumer protection standards.

I request that the FTC investigate Amenity Health, Inc. for potentially deceptive business practices and non-compliance with applicable return policy regulations.

Wonderful Product and Customer Service

A physician concerned about my reflux recommended Medcline. I purchased the reflux relief system immediately after leaving her office.

Getting comfortable with the large wedge and the body pillow took some time. Believe the Medcline people when they say, "It takes as much as 30 days to adjust." That's not just their way of deflecting your concerns about discomfort. During the time when I was struggling, Medcline customer care was extraordinary. "Exceeds expectations" is overused, but it is the only description I can think of to describe the help my sleep specialist provided. Every question, every single difficulty, was addressed by phone or email from the time I purchased the product until I was satisfied.

Bottom line: my coughing, hoarseness, and esophageal burning from reflux are reduced. After getting accustomed to the body pillow, my back is in a more neutral sleeping position and I have less lower back discomfort (stemming from a car crash). My physical therapist also is pleased with the results.

I will never go back to sleeping flat again, with a stack of pillows under my head and an ordinary pillow between my knees. Thank you, Medcline. The product does what you promise and you have proven exceptional as an organization.

MedCline Shoulder System Review – Scam

I purchased the MedCline Shoulder System and it completely failed to work for me.

It’s terribly uncomfortable to sleep on. Your arm gets trapped, and when you try to flip sides in the middle of the night, it’s difficult and disruptive. It now sits unused in my closet, taking up space and adding unnecessary stress.

When I tried to return it, I was told I had to wait weeks, even though Canadian consumer law guarantees a 10-day cooling-off period. On top of that, they insist on charging a restocking fee, which is never clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.

If you’re considering the MedCline Shoulder System, be warned:
1. The product is overpriced and poorly designed
2. The return process is intentionally difficult and delayed
3. The company is clearly hoping you give up and never return the item

After checking Trustpilot, I found many others reporting the same issues. This company has a pattern of delay tactics and misleading policies.

If everyone who had this experience issued a chargeback through their credit card, it would cost MedCline $85 per case in bank fees, create major internal headaches, and eventually result in them losing their merchant processor. Maybe then they’d stop these shady and illegal practices.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I bought the Shoulder relief system a…

I bought the Shoulder relief system a couple of weeks ago, and while the shoulder relief area works lovely, this thing has given me all kinds of lower back pain and hip pain. I completely regret spending so much money on this. There website is a mess, half the links aren't active, and you CANNOT return this once it's opened so it's a huge risk. I took it because I am in a lot of pain, but I really do regret it. Please consider this before you drop that much money!

This is an update on July 10th, my wife has tried emailing and contacting them and we still haven't heard anything.

See their response... someone on their team did a great job coming up with that. Took them a while, though!

Even though the pillow does not cause pain, we generally do not recommend it for patients with pre-existing hip problems, as it is not specifically designed to relieve that type of discomfort.
