I must have if you have shoulder back and body pain

I bought this pillow combination for my husband as he was having a lot of shoulder back and body pain. We got the wedge the bean as well as the candy cane shaped pillow, and it is a wonder. He says that he cannot live without it. It has given him a lot of relief.

Life Changing Pain Relief!

My MedCline has CHANGED my life, my sleep, and has rendered me nearly pain free after several years of dealing with an old shoulder injury. My pinched nerve pain and migraines are all but gone. Thank you for this comfortable pillow support system (and for customizable sizing - I’m only 4’11” and it’s a perfect fit)!

Warning the MedCline Pillow may cause marital problems

The MedCline Pillow is a godsend for those with troublesome shoulders. As someone plagued by persistent shoulder pain, I've tried every trick in the book to find relief. But nothing compares to the sweet, uninterrupted slumber I've found with this pillow. Its innovative design allows me to sleep on my side while alleviating pressure and allowing me to drift off into dreamland without a care. And the best part? My wife affectionately jokes that I love it so much, she's become jealous—it's earned the nickname "Side Piece." Trust me, if you're tired of shoulder woes ruining your sleep, give the MedCline Pillow a try.

Just Go On And Get It!!

I purchased two of the MedCline acid reflux model of this sleep system for my spouse and I. We've had them for a few months and absolutely love them. They are extremely comfortable and provide amazing relief of shoulder and neck pain for side sleepers. The incline keeps reflux at bay and has greatly reduced the amount of antacid my spouse has to take. I highly recommend 10/10! It's an investment in better sleep. This was also an FSA approved purchase. Give yourself time to adjust to and figure out your favorite configuration. Warning, be intentional about maintaining intimacy because these may just feel like the only snuggle you need. ☺️

I swear by the MedCline sleep system…

I swear by the MedCline sleep system (and no, I'm not sponsored by MedCline). I purchased the shoulder (blue trimmed) option - wedge with arm slots, removable small pillow and wrap around body pillow. My arm used to go numb throughout the day from years of sleeping on it all night. It's truly relieved the issue. And by design/secondary benefits, it cleared up acid reflux issues I was having (because I usually have a snack before bed).Also, it feels like you're sleeping in the comfiest hug.
I'm also super happy there are gray cover options now! I do prefer this.

If youre struggling with shoulder or acid reflux, just bite the bullet and invest the $200-300 for the entire system so you have all the options, and give yourself some time to adjust and find whats most comfortable for you, and prepare for some of the best sleep for the rest of your life.
IT IS WORTH IT!!

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. The pillow is nowhere near as supportive as it claims in the ads. They also refuse to send you a return label until you have had the product for 30 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Husband with back pain swears by this pillow

I ordered the body pillow for my husband a few months ago. He is a tall guy (6'5") with tall guy back problems and scoliosis. The pillow was a good size for him. He has been using it ever since he got it and has reported that he has not woken up with back pain since he started using the pillow. He has since recommended it to his friends with back pain.

I interacted with their customer service to resolve a minor initial concern (the memory foam inside the pillow had stained the cover a bit. Their customer service was very responsive, they explained what the stain was and promptly sent me a new cover. I would definitely recommend them.

Thank you! My son Bobby bought me this pillow set for my 65th birthday! I have not been able to sleep on my side in a long time until I got your pillows! I’ll admit at first I didn’t get the hang of it but after a few days I am finally able to sleep all night long without pain! Thanks again for a wonder product!

Bad experience product, bad customer service...

If there was a zero star, I would give it!
I bought one of their body pillows (£168.00, used it once and the outer pillow stitching came undone. The pillow was quite lumpy as well. For the price I expected much more! I emailed the company about the problem and sent them pictures they requested. After chasing again they said that they could replace the outer cover only (FOC). I said that I was worried about it happening again and then I would have to pay for the cover which is expensive.This should have not happened after 1 use! I said that the body pillow was not fit for purpose and I would like a refund. Went quiet again, chased my email and asked for the Managers email.. 4 days now and heard nothing. I had to contact my credit card company and put in a Section 75 to get my money back... This is NOT GOOD! Avoid this product !! Despite applying for a Section 75 the bank have now told me I have no case! I am left out of pocket by this company and they STILL refuse to send me a cover OR answer my emails! No telephone number to contact them either!

Horrible product - worse customer service

I bought this only because of the return policy, in case I didn't like it. I tried it the first night and HATED it. I have trouble sleeping and thought this would help. It didn't. My shoulder kept going numb all night and it created a literal FORT between me and my husband. I didn't like that, either. I emailed the company around 3 in the morning (since I couldn't sleep)! I got an email reply that stated I had to keep it and try it for 30 days in order to get a return. ??!?! Why?? They told me it takes time to "get used" to it. Like I stated, I have trouble sleeping anyway and I did NOT want to wrestle for another 30 nights trying to get used to it. I pushed it into the corner of my room and made a note on my calendar to email them again. Right on schedule, I asked for a return authorization slip. They finally send a response stating that a "restocking fee" would be applied although they are going to "recycle" the pillow. I feel duped. Not only did they try to force me to keep the pillow- today (after I emailed them with my tracking number) it will take 5 to 10 BUSINESS days in order to get my money back!! Never again!

Do not purchase anything from MedCline

Do not purchase anything from MedCline. I ordered a pillow that was supposed to support my shoulder. It was so big that there wasn't enough room left for Lance. We have a California King. That pillow by itself took up more than half of the bed. I called and explained that I needed to return it. I paid $231.75. They only returned $190.60 which means they took $41.15 and I got nothing for it. The pillow wasn't even opened. I only opened the exterior box, looked in and realized it would never work.
