GCG Media is a SCAM. They claim to refund me my $1000 which to this day they still have not refunded.

I'm gonna file a police report to the UAE Cyber Crime as such companies should stop.

During my cooperation with this company, I prepaid more than 200,000 US dollars in advertising funds, but starting from December 2024, they could not provide any advertising accounts and would not refund my funds. I even had to go to Dubai to communicate with their company boss. They were arrogant and unreasonable. This is a pure scam company.

They were telling me that they can open accounts quickly and that they don't have issues with httpool. After I signed up and submitted all required info for ad account creation (edited multiple times because of some stupid things the think that matter on fb) I waited for 14 days and they didn't deliver accounts. They told me that they have new partner which is charging 10x more than their previous partner.

They refused to refund the subscription fee saying that I "used" their service even though I didn't get any accounts. I received a refund 35 days later for the top-up I did as per their requirement.

Do not recommend this unprofessional and unreliable agency at all.

I've worked with several companies before finding GCG Media , i would have saved a lot of money time and effort if i was refered to it from the start for my advertizing on Facebook , Tiktok , Snapchat.
Effeciency , rapidity , i'm scaling since the first week , and i'm very satisfied from the service.

I would not recommend the agency at all. I joined their agency and the ad account was free, after I joined them I got lots of little upsells so the ad account is not free but they don't say that before ! No worries, I've paid several times. then after the first month I spent quite a few thousand dollars. and the following month I had personal problems that I had to deal with before. and I received a message from their team that they are withdrawing the ad account and do not want to work with me anymore ! I found myself with nothing ad account. For them, I was no longer a good customer !! I would not recommend their services at all.
fortunately, I have a large ecommerce community that I have advised not to join their gcg media agency
