We got the Fujiiryoki JP-2000 massage chair recently and it has exceeded all our expectations! It has become my daily routine to have two mini sessions every night before going to bed, which helped with relaxation and reducing my lower back pain and shoulder stiffness. It’s really a life-changing experience. It also has so many programs which can target different and more specific areas for any issues. Simply love it and highly recommended!

Hello I’mam from Spain and I was looking for a quality massage chair, and for a year I was researching which one was the one.
better and more reliable.
All the paths of that search led me to Fujiiryoki. At MedicalRelax they especially recommended the JP4000 model to me since I am a dentist and I need a chair that gives me security.
Without even trying it, I ordered it blindly, trusting in my research and intuition, and I couldn't have been more correct.
On the third day, the pain from poor posture at work disappeared. Many thanks to the Medical Relax team for their professional and warm attention.
Finally, comment on the delivery, incredibly in 5 days I was home.

Excellent service! Swift communication and best price I could find on the internet for the massage chair purchased. Helen from Medicarelax answered every question and provided support to help choose the most adequate massage chair. Paid in the afternoon, and the following day the chair was dispatched.
I would happily recommend the company and the FUJIIRYOKI JP-4000 massage chair too.

I like the high quality material and sturdy design. Straight-forward interface. Right now I'm on low intensity massage as higher settings are too rough.
I'd recommend going to the showroom to try different models. It is a bit of a drive though.

I really wish I could leave a better review, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I first reached out last year to find a massage chair for my home. Elizabeth helped me choose a model in December, but no one mentioned it came fully assembled, so it couldn’t fit through my door. After some back and forth, she agreed to a refund, which I appreciated — but the issue was clearly caused by poor communication and missing product information.

Later, Elizabeth contacted me again about new chairs. I told her I wanted to try the chairs first before buying, to make sure I chose the right one. I found a chair I really liked and made it clear that was the one I wanted. We also discussed all the dimensions carefully, because we didn’t want the same issue again. She confirmed the measurements, and I shared the exact width of my doorway and staircase.

However, Elizabeth seemed worried about delivery costs and that my stairs might damage the chair. I told her I’d take full responsibility if it got damaged and would keep it on the ground floor if it couldn’t go upstairs. I really tried to make everything simple and fair.

She confirmed Saturday delivery, so I even removed my door and door frame to prepare for the chair — but it never arrived. Then she said Monday, and again nothing. Then Tuesday — still nothing. There were no updates unless I chased, and even when I did, she only responded selectively, ignoring most of my questions. She said she would need to reschedule for the Tuesday delivery but after that, I wasn’t even told the status. At this point, I honestly don’t even know if my order has been cancelled or not.

I kept asking the same simple questions — Is the delivery confirmed? What time? — but she either ignored me or replied vaguely. She even blamed me for “just wanting to try” and take no risk, when I had already committed and done everything to make it easy. It is also not super easy to take off the door frame and we did to just make sure everything is ready for the chair.

In the end, I wasted days waiting, preparing, and chasing for answers that never came. Buying a massage chair should be exciting — not this stressful and disappointing. I truly hope the company learns to communicate clearly and respect customers’ time, because what I went through was completely unacceptable.

Our Fujiiryoki massage chair has arrived! We went for the Cyber Relax Pro, which is the top model, after trying all of them (including some other manufacturers) and finding this to best meet our needs.

It is a simply fantastic product, you can see and feel the quality of the materials and manufacture. Then there is the actual massage functionality, which is just amazing. A lot of automatic presets for various massage types, will take time to go through them all.

The feel of the massage is totally amazing, you can feel each and every tight spot in your body being massaged, many spots that you may not be aware of until the chair finds them!! The massage is a total body experience from the top of your neck right down to the feet, utterly amazing! The feel of the massage is great, we tried chairs from other companies but found that the feel of the massage rollers can be quite harsh. The Fujiiryoki Cyber Relax Pro is perfectly weighted, the massage feels deep and sensitive, not at all harsh.

Medicarelax have been outstanding in their service and ensuring we got the right product for us. The delivery and set up was faultless, the delivery guys had to work hard to get the chair into an alternative room because it was too big for our intended room. They did all this without complaining, working very hard to make sure the chair was moved into position without a scratch! Thank you very much to them too!

It looks beautiful in the beige/ cappuccino colour as well!

The team dealt with all my questions professionally and provided all information required. Following payment they arranged for courier delivery. Over Christmas there were delays and I was a little concerned but Elizabeth and Kingsley kept me fully informed and a very well packaged chair arrived early in the new year.

After setting up the chair, I had an initial error message, but this was quickly resolved by WhatsApp chat even though it was early evening. Post sale service levels therefore seem excellent.
