I’m sharing my story in the hope of saving someone else from going through what I’ve been through.

I had a tummy tuck at Medicom Prague with Dr. Suk, and it has honestly been one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. The first surgery was not done correctly — I was left with obvious excess skin that should have been removed. I was devastated, but the clinic invited me back for a correction tummy tuck, and I tried to stay positive, hoping they would make things right.

Sadly, the second procedure made everything worse. I was still left with loose skin, a horrendous uneven scar, and a belly button that looks like a hole in my stomach. When I got home, I started bleeding heavily from my belly button, which was terrifying. Because no drains were put in during surgery, I developed a seroma that got infected and eventually led to sepsis. I ended up extremely unwell and had to get urgent medical help back home.

When I reached out to Medicom Prague for support, I was told that it was all my fault and that there was nothing more they could do. I felt completely abandoned and heartbroken after putting my trust, money, and hope into this clinic.

This experience has left me both physically and emotionally scarred. If you are considering Medicom Prague, please think very carefully. And if you’re given Dr. Suk as your surgeon — refuse. I wish someone had warned me before I went, because I am now living every day with the consequences.

I had Rhinoplasty done by Dr. Nedeliak May last year, and I wish I could go back in time and stop myself. Not happy with the results at all. I know English isn't his first language, but I asked to have the bridge straightened after a breaking it. I also wanted the nose tip to be smaller, narrower and more defined, and showed him a rough idea via multiple pictures. He said he could do X, Y, Z, and off we went.
Woke up from surgery to find that he took part of my septum and used it as a graft to do an external insert on the side of my nose tip, which we never spoke about or discussed, especially when we said about making the nose tip smaller to fit with the brisge. He also brought in the wings of my nostrils in and down a bit too far, causing a bit of a pig like nose, in which I now have scarring. I also have a slight indent/dimple in my columella. Over a year later with swelling finally going down, I have begun to see all his mistakes. With the graft put in my nose tip, it has caused a lump. So my nose now is rounder and bigger than I went into surgery.
Through out the year, I tried to get contact with him, and when I finally hear back from him, he just tells me to massage the nose with vitamin e and retinol and that should fix it..Completely gaslighting me. When I asked for a revision to repair the mistakes he made, he refused and said that it will cause more complications.
So he's taken my money, done a botch job and now refusing to fix the nose tip despite admitting to his mistakes.
Avoid this Dr at all costs. Please!

Did rhinoseptoplasty here last year 2024, its now 1 year after and I must be honest im not happy with the result, I wanted the bump removed and its still there, there was a scar left close to my eye eventhough I wanted closed surgery, the doctor denied this eventhough my own GP removed the stitches, my nose isn't straight at all,my septum isn't straight either, there's boney tissue left inside the left nostril that hast resolved, when I raised my concerns with Dr Nedeliak his response was to "massage" a few times a day, massage....you can't massage scars away or a bump that was left there, my nose still drifts to the left side, I now have to consider a revision, guys please avoid this place! Go to turkey or Lithuania

Vor einem Jahr hatte ich geschlossene Rinoplastik bei Dr .Nedeliak im Prag (Medicom klinik) gehabt. Ich wollte nur Nasenspitze verkleinern , der kleiche Höcker hat mir gar nicht gestört, ich fand ich attraktiv. Seine Asistenten haben mir so schön über alles erzählt und nicht in Ruhe gelassen bis ich die Klinikum und den Docktor ausgewählt habe. Da gab's es per Skipe Vorgespräch mit dem Doktor und seine Dolmetscherin ( ich komme aus Deutschland) . Am Tag der Operation sagte Doktor ich brauche Begradigung der Scheidewand und wenn er die Spitze klein macht dann macht er Höcker auch weg ( das hat 1000 Euro mehr gekostet) , ok, kein Problem.
Nach der OP , kamm der Docktor ohne Dolmetscherin zur Visite und ich habe es absolüt nicht verstanden was er erzählte. Es war schlimm. Zur Hause hatte ich mit seine Assistentin einen Termin per Skipe gewünscht, hatte dafür einen Monat warten müssen. Der Dr. Nedeliak, hat es nur geschrieben auf gebrochenem Deutsch er hat keine Dolmetscherin und nicht mehr angerufen. Seine Assistentin hatte auf meine Sorgen ( die Nase war schief und der Höcker ausgeprägt) nur kurze , verschwommene Antworten geschrieben auf die ich paar Tagen oft warten müssen. Also , der Fazit jetzt nach einem Jahr. Meine Nasenrücken ist schief, der Höcker ist immer noch da , sogar jetzt seitlich zu sehen. Übrigens ich habe es nachgefordert von dem Dr.Nedeliak Bilder die er direckt vor OP gemacht....und ich war im schikiert...meine Nase war dort sehr künstlich ausgeprägt!!!! Nie im Leben hatte ich so eine Nase gehabt, ich habe mit meinen Bildern verglichen, und es sagt jeder. Manche Kliniken machen es leider so , die Bilder vorher und nachher...verstellen die Nase , damit es andere denken ...wou...so eine schöne Arbeit. Also!!! Ich werde den Dr.Nedeliak nicht weiter empfehlen!!! Keine Aufklärung, keine gescheite Nachbetreung, schlechte Arbeit. Es war alles schnell schnell, wie auf dem Laufband....einfach schrecklich!!!

Die "Medicom Clinic" in Prag kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Sie ist modern und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, blitzblank sauber und hat ein sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Team, die einem alle Wünsche von den Augen ablesen !!
"Medicom Clinic" machte auf mich eher den Eindruck eines Luxushotels, als den einer Klinik ;)
Die Verständigung lief super, da das Personal mehrsprachig ist und für den Notfall mit einem Übersetzer ausgerüstet ist.
Ich ließ mir dort von Dr. Puls meine alten Implantate entfernen und mein verbliebenes Brustgewebe straffen. Kurz vor meiner Anreise entschied ich mich noch für eine Straffung meiner Schlupflider, was zum Glück problemlos in den OP-Plan mitaufgenommen werden konnte.
Ich verblieb 2 Nächte in der Klinik, am 1. Morgen wurden die Drainagen gezogen, alles kontrolliert, Verbände gewechselt. Schmerzmittel und Medikamente gab es nach Vorschrift und Bedarf.
Zum Abschied gab es eine "Geschenktüte" mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit der Klinik und Allem was man braucht um medizinisch, im Rahmen der Nachsorge, über die Runden zu kommen.
Ich habe mich dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt!!

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Klinik seit 2018 wegen Lipödem in Behandlung bei Dr Kulhanek nun geht der Arzt weg von der Klinik und mich möchte kein anderer Arzt weiterhin behandeln sowas ist sehr unverschämt

Lovely clinic; I did rhinoplasty in June 2023, and Dr Nedeliak did an operation. No bruises and it is healing well. The staff speak English well and are very kind. Glad that II choose this clinic through Medroyal. The consultant, Tereza, was very supportive and kept checking on me even after I returned to the Uk. I strongly
recommend it.

I had eyelid surgery at Mudr Ondrejka and could not choose better. Nice clinic and perfect doctors and nurses. I recommend!
