I did not receive my 3monty supply.
I am 6days short. I got 3 boxes with 56 pills in each.
Should have been 60 for a month. Total of 180 for 3 months.

I received 12 fewer pills than I was prescribed & billed for. Received 168 instead of 180. I emailed customer support & this was their response verbatim: "Due to the tariff there were few pharmacies who were not shipping the medication to the USA. However we managed to ship it to you from the United Kingdom without any additional cost." That answer didn't solve my concern & I will be 6 days short of medication that was prescribed by doctor.

I have no idea where my order(s) are? My wife and I need these scripts and have no feedback as to where they are in the transit/delivery process.

They accepted an order on August 21. Did not ship because they were worried about tariffs and shipping fees even though my order was free shipping. Told me I had to wait until August 29th to see what the rulings were. That was a week ago. They told me they have no idea when they are going to ship my medicine.Not very reassuring.I talked to their customer service and they just kept repeating the same tired excuses. We don't know. I feel sorry for the people who will suffer because they won't get their medication just because Meds Engage is afraid they will lose money. Sure didn't stop them from taking the orders.

The cost of the medication was considerably less than I would have paid from a local pharmacy. Delivery was in a timely manner.
