Medway Windows and Doors Ltd Avis

From start to finish Medway Windows and doors provided a fantastic service. The office staff and Catherine were very efficient and there to help or advise during every stage of the process. The fitters, ( who were lovely) , arrived on time, worked non stop, completed the work as planned to a very good standard . They left no mess and the end result is just what we asked for.
We have no hesitation in recommending Medway Windows and Doors.

From first contact to completion of works we cannot praise this amazing family run business enough ☺️

Everyone has been so helpful and genuinely warm with the all important technical detail and product suitability not being compromised.

Each touchpoint through the entire process has been a genuine pleasure and that is accompanied by exceptional professionalism.

No hard sell, no delays in delivery and no mess whatsoever at installation.

No need to look further for your window & door requirements plus you are supporting a local family business.

Getting new windows is a big deal. Doing checks on a company and getting quotes. Trusting you've made a good decision. I would recommend Medway Windows and Doors. We are so pleased with the finished quality annd cost. No hard sell. Just excellent, professional communication. The whole process ran like clockwork. The fitting team and admin team were fab. Every milestone was met with clear instruction and on time. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

I had medway windows and doors replace 2 of my patio doors.
The communication from start to finish was fantastic by Kathryn & Kelly and the fitters were polite, friendly, and left everything spotlessly clean. Cannot fault them and would definitely recommend them. ☺️

Brilliant service from start to finish, and very happy with the finished product! Everyone in the office was knowledgeable and helpful, and the installations team were polite and professional, and cleared up any mess made. I used this company years ago and the service is still great. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service. Very professional, friendly and polite. Care taken not to damage any surrounding areas when fitting our new door and they completely cleared away afterwards and all rubbish was removed. Would definitely recommend using them.

Great communication throughout process, very swift and helpful responses. Installation was done quickly and without fuss. Thank you!

Have used this company over the last 2 years to fit several windows, bay windows, internal and external doors and patio doors. Would thoroughly recommend this company- their admin, sales, workmanship and installation team are all first rate. Their pricing seems competitive too - wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Excellent service from beginning to end. There's no hard/upsell, just information on required installation.
Excellent products. Installers arrived on time and installed window in good time and left the room tidy and clean. All staff are polite and informative. A special mention to Kelly, who was helpful and prompt in keeping me informed.

I've had a very positive experience with this company and am currently arranging a second set of windows with them, which probably says more than any review could.

What really stands out is the administrative side of the business. Communication is excellent, responses are prompt, and the entire quotation and ordering process is transparent and professional. The use of Tradebase system makes everything easy to follow, with quotes, documents, invoices and updates all available in one place. It's refreshing to deal with a company that keeps customers informed every step of the way and doesn't require constant chasing for information.

The only area where I feel there is room for improvement is quality control during installation. The fitters were polite and hardworking, but at times it felt like the pace of the installation took priority over some of the finer details. Window installation is one of those jobs where small finishing touches and careful adjustment can make a significant difference to the final result.

That said, I'm quite particular when it comes to workmanship and finishing standards, so my expectations are probably higher than most. Overall, I have been very happy with the service and would have no hesitation recommending the company. If the same level of attention to detail seen in the administration and customer communication was consistently reflected throughout every stage of installation, they would be difficult to fault.

Perfect from start to finish, the email updates from Kelly were excellent in detail and the installers did a superb job. Recommend this company to anyone looking to update their windows and doors, competitive price also.

Had a new door installed by this brilliant company today. Kelly in the office was lovely. The installer, Paul was friendly, professional and did a great job. The company kept us updated and we even got the job done earlier than the due date.
Excellent company to have your work done by at very reasonable price.
Definitely would us them again.

A professional and pleasant team from start to finish. What a great job, my loo is now inside, anyway, the fitting team removed, fitted, cleared up and explained the system and how to maintain it. Thank Medway.

Fabulous French doors quoted and installed by a team of helpful, friendly, polite and professional individuals. Excellent company who I have already recommended to family and friends and will use again myself. Thank you for a job well done!

Medway Doors and Windows provided a prompt and transparent quotation without negotiation games. The price was calculated and that's the price we paid, which was competitive compared with quotes from alternative companies. The installation consisted of new bedroom window, porch door plus composite front door, and was completed smoothly within one day. The installers, Dan and Harry, were professional and efficient, with the added bonus of being nice people too. The choice of available styles and colors was vast and we got precisely what we wanted. Would highly recommend this company.

Absolute fantastic service from this company from start to finish. Kelly and Kathryn were nothing short of amazing with quick response and fair pricing .

We had a window fitted yesterday in our daughters bedroom . You would honestly not know they had been there . The fitter was very professional , clean tidy and very respectful of our property. Everything was finished to a fantastic standard and we are so pleased with the final result . The fitter made sure everything was how it was and left nothing short of pristine . As I said above you would never of known they had been there . Fantastic neat and tidy finish and we can already feel and see the benefits of having the window replaced.

Will 100% recommend this company to anyone and we will certainly be back again for more windows/doors very soon.

Thank you guys so much

Medway Windows and Doors installed new windows in my whole property, along with new front and porch doors.
From start to finish they were polite, professional and hard-working.
Under the steady guidance of Kathryn, the boys did an excellent job and proceeded at a good pace. At the end of each day they cleaned up very well and explained what would happen next.
A few small snags were quickly dealt with to our satisfaction. We were delighted with the end result and the price.

If I could give more stars I would.
From start to finish everything has been so easy regarding the ordering and fitting of our new front door.

The ladies Kathryn and Kelly in the office were so nice, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

The fitters did a wonderful job including the cleaning up afterwards.

Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows or doors.
