Excellent and Personalized customer Care

Great customer service and communication
I initially dealt with Xolani who I asked many many questions. He dealt with and answered all my questions and queries and made me feel more at ease about the process. He also kept me informed at every turns so I am happy with the level of communication and transparency.

I was unaware of increased premium due to my personal details (cell number)not being updated.
This has now been done.
However my email address has remained the same but no attempt made to contact me on that.Otherwise I would have scored a higher rating.
