Outstanding performance
The process of finding the item at a really great price, ordering and shipping was excellent. Sonny handled my order and expedited the shipment within an hour. Goods arrived following day and everything was completed with my order. Will definitely order from meeting store. A very professional setup and competitively priced company. Very happy with our recent purchase of a Logitech GROUP conference camera system. The staff were very helpful also.
Meetingstore.co.uk had it in stock - most other places were out of stock with long lead times, the price was one of the lowest I had seen.
I will definitely re-visit if I need anything else AV related.

Very poor product and service - Yealink UVC 30 camera
I bought a Yealink UVC 30 camera in June last year to improve Zoom experience and eventually raised my concern over poor quality image in September. After sharing images, I was eventually told that Yealink said the image was how it was supposed to be. After a month I rasied the issue again as the image is clearly fuzzy and inferior to other HD cameras. I got no response. I just re-raised the issue and was now told that there is "nothing that can be done at this stage". Very poor product and poor service that doesn't warranty products that are clearly faulty .

disappointing service/false claims
disappointing service. Another online retailer that is doing no more than drop shipping and doing it poorly. Chat states next day delivery, the item on website states in stock and ready to ship but in truth it is not in stock and not ready to ship days later.

I'm so sorry we got this wrong. You were given the wrong information about the new DTEN ME. It was showing in stock at our suppliers and we were doing back-order despatches directly form there but you were given the wrong information as it was only being released 4 days after you ordered... I can only apologise for this.
It has been raised internally and we are putting new procedures in place so no one else will experience such bad service from us when new products are released.
