Very good customer experience
Order was placed successfully and the team member who spoke to me on chat firstly realised that I would probably be from the same company with whom he had spoken the day before (he had spoken with another of my team and made the connection), and secondly ensured it was rushed out the same day despite the lateness of my placing the order.
The delivery arrived within 48 hours.
A very good experience overall, and particularly driven by the excellent customer experience delivered by their people at the end of the website "Chat" window.

Great price, but no communication.
No communication what-so-ever about dispatch or delivery, but recieved all items as described, undamaged and working perfectly in 4 days. Very happy with products and price.

Easy website to order from, delivery was delayed due to supplier - Logitech but Meeting Store, Debbie and Sonny kept me updated regularly, received the order the next day as promised, great company will definitely use again!

Great service from Meetingstore
The website easy to use and the purchasing process quite straight forward. Delivery from very prompt, next day. My only comment being that I wasn't informed of it being shipped.
Follow was exceptional with a phone call and email to make sure the product had arrived and that I was happy with its function - great job there.

1st time user and all I can say, excellent quick service, recommended
Never used Meetingstore before, But excellent quick service, regular user between Scan, Overclockers and Amazon and found Meetingstore to be just as good if not better, (certainly quicker on order updates, shipping and follow-up) highly recommended.
