Hired their VA last year for my business. As a company they are very professional with their communications, service, onboarding, promptness, quality. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a top notch VA and service.

They interviewed me last week and told me that they would email me with the result, after 3 business days, (5 days if weekends are counted) I politely emailed them for a follow-up, no response. It's been another 3 days, still no response. I am not expecting one at this point. Worst interview experience so far. The interviewer was not appropriate during the interview, I can see her family members in the background, some were cooking, another one directly beside her in the background while another one was passing by constantly, it was very distracting she did not seem apologetic even a bit. She was also wearing sando. The environment during the interview and them not responding is a clear indication that they don't value people's time

This agency is crap. They hire incompetent VAs. I just found out my VA is not exclusively working for me even though they promised that their VAs are exclusively working for one client only and they don’t allow multiple clients assigned to their VAs. I can understand that english is not their first language but their customer service agent or whoever that guy is cannot communicate well with us foreigners because they’re making promises they can never keep so i assume that it’s either because of language barrier or they just don’t care. They’re also clearly dishonest because I just found out from one of their VAs that they claim to take away more than half from what we pay them and the rest goest to the VAs but in reality, they’re asking us for the full hourly wage of the VA which is separate from the monthly plan. Overall, I had a very bad experience with this Agency. Their the worse! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. WASTE OF MONEY, WASTE OF TIME!

This company has a good environment and they always strive to do better for their clients. No micromanagement and the VAs are very friendly, they also share great tips to help others improve their services
