Could not have a worse experience. Absolute crooks sold us a vehicle in September that broke down in 3 days took a month to fix it and then it broke again in 2 days. Said they would unwind the agreement then when we returned the vehicle on November 27th they were unresponsive such that we had to get Close Brothers involved. The mechanic advised us the vehicle was repaired then 6 weeks later Mega Car Supermarket said that there was no fault. Finally after 8 weeks of fighting with finance company and proof of fault after lying to Close Brothers only then did they unwind. Please avoid at all costs they delete 1 star reviews as we keep seeing the reviews change.

Was a very easy process and the sales team communicated very quickly with me, I mentioned a few minor paint issues with the car and they already mentioned they were getting it fixed straight away for me to take away, very warm welcome when I arrived to collect the car and offered me a hot drink whilst waiting to be seen. Whilst waiting thy kept me updated on what’s happening with the car, they said the alloy was getting refurbished as as they noticed it had a small scuff and that it’s also getting cleaned in and out before I see it. Overall very good experience and would recommend!

Was welcomed straight away was very helpful people. Showed me the car that I had looked at online. Give me a fair price for my PX and within a couple of hours I was driving my new car away

Car is excellent, very happy customer! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The slight issues I picked up when viewing the car were resolved before I returned a week later to pick the car up!

I recommend this car dealership. The whole sales process was quick and smooth, with no unnecessary problems. Everything was clearly explained to us. The car is in good condition and my daughter is very happy with her present.
The only small issues were missing floor mats and the front and rear windscreen wipers needed replacing. Apart from that, everything was straightforward and hassle-free.

Communication was great, always responded to queries. Easy to deal with. A quick purchase but the recent service docs were a bit sketchy.

Extremely poor communication from the start. We reserved the car the day before, turned up and they didn’t even have the car bought up from their warehouse. Once they bought it up after a very long wait, it was clear the car had been neglected for a very long time - they rushed to clean it, but there were other major issues like the battery being dead, brakes needing a service, back window had previously been smashed and had shattered glass shaking around in the back door, and the front grills were broken. We stupidly went ahead despite the red flags, as they promised they’d solve all the issues that day - they had us wait around for the car, only to be told after about half an hour that we should come back tomorrow. We came back the next day, and waited for about an hour, only to be told it’s STILL not ready. It turned out that the car wouldn’t be ready for at least another two weeks!! The communication throughout all of this was awful, we were constantly lied to about progress, and it was impossible to actually get a hold of anyone, apart from “Hollie” on WhatsApp, who only helped when pestered, and still wouldn’t give definite, clear answers to our questions.

We ended up getting a refund for the car - the refund took about 5 days, with barely any communication about it at all. I feel we only got the refund because of how much we pestered them.

Communication and HONESTY would have solved all of this. Extremely disappointed in this entire experience.
