I have recently purchased a garden room through Megasheds having done extensive research across various companies. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Every aspect of the purchase / build was amazing. Tina gave great impartial advice about how we could reduce costs and was always available to give advice ( on text message or phone). Alfie who installed the steel base was brilliant and even fabricated some extra panels to hide the base. The lads who built the garden room were amazing and the quality is 5 star. Kings electricals (recommended by Megasheds)installed our electrics and the armoured cable and nothing was too much trouble. If only all companies dealt with their Clients like Megasheds. Can't recommend highly enough - fantastic from start to finish

Arrived on at time suggested and carried on until they had completed the base layout. Jac and Alfie never stopped and everything was 100%.

We'd been researching garden rooms for several months so we had a very good idea of what we wanted and Megasheds came in at the top of our list for pricing, quality and the fact that they installed too.
Jac at the Chester site was extremely helpful, no pushy sales technique and happy to answer any questions we had. We were sold on the Dalbury composite 10 x 8 as it was perfect for our needs.

Jac and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Checking photos we'd sent of the anticipated site for suitability before the base was fitted. The poor chap that did fitted this did very indeed because it was awful weather but he soldiered on through.
The actual garden room was completed in over just two days; Sion and his team were brilliant, he in particular gave the build 100%. Quality build and they left the place clean and tidy too.
We're very happy with our new garden room, its an investment into our enjoyment of our garden, which we can use all year round now. We'd definitely recommend Megasheds

We have ordered a garden shed and dealt with Gary at the Sealand Chester outlet. He was very informative and helpful and it was a pleasure to deal with him.

We viewed a garden room at Chester and spoke with Tina who addressed all our questions.
Within a short time arrangements were made to install the steel base and a week later the building of the garden room.
From start to finish it has been a pleasure to deal with MegaSheds who provided a first class service due to the professional approach throughout.
All the staff were friendly and polite and respectful.
We are delighted with our quality purchase which has effectively added another room.

Superb company with a superb experience all round. We had our cabin professionally erected by Scott. What an amazing guy ! His professionalism, attention to detail and work ethic was second to none. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of getting a cabin, shed or garden room. Bradley and the team have been absolutely fabulous every step of the way and we are thrilled with our new cabin.

Recently had a shed from these guys (Carnarvon), and the service was exceptional, the steel base was fitted prior to the shed being delivered and was completed very professionally. The two guys were very pleasent and happy to answer any questions I had, very happy with the installation. Two days later the shed arrived, both the base and the shed arrived at the time stated. Again the two guys who erected the shed did so professionally and efficiently, and happy to answer any questions.
I would highly recommend this company quality customer service, quality installation, quality product. Nothing is too much trouble. Very happy customer.

Amazing team and great workmanship!
The team from the very first phone call to completion of the building of my cabin have been outstanding.
They installed a great steel base and then built the cabin, their knowledge and help has made it such a pleasure to do business with them. I cannot recommend them enough.

Had my steelbase fitted today ahead of my summerhouse delivery in a couple of weeks. I had been advised of the fitting date and approximate time which they stuck to and the lads did a great job. Thanks. Looking forward to the summerhouse!

I have to say this Company has to be One of the Very best ones I have ever dealt with. Tina and Bradly could not have been more friendly or more Professional. We wanted an outside garden/crafting room with a Verandah for my Wife, and what started out as a Shed for me which quickly became a Man Cave. We were kept completely in the loop as to timescale and the Team that came to do the work were amazing and again so friendly and Courteous. Quite frankly they never stopped working. As with any build there were a couple of little snags. However just like the rest of the build everything was sorted to our complete satisfaction. They are A Fabulous Company and easily the easiest 5 Star I have ever given.

Disappointed! I turned up at 5 pm to view the buildings, for it to be closed. On the Megasheds website it says free to view between 8am - 6pm. Travelled 45 mins to view. As I got out of the car, we were shouted at by some guy on a motor lawnmower, shouting 'it's closed', without even acknowledging what we were saying to him. He just continued to shout 'closed'. After eventually getting him to listen, he rang the owner to ask if we could view the buildings, the owner turned around and said 'if the gates closed then it's closed'. It is a shame as they have now lost my business. After showing the lawnmower guy the website, he then again spoke to the owner, and explained we had travelled far, he eventually let us view the buildings. I was more shocked when the lawnmower guy said 'there's a lot of travellers in the area', not sure what he was insinuating! Overall, very disappointed in this whole experience. I won't be getting my office building from this place

Excellent service, phoned to say when they would be with me, and they were. Explained what they were going to do. Took down my old summerhouse, fitted the new base for my new Gardenroom. Work done in a clean and tidy manner, no mess left behind. Only downside......could not take my old summerhouse away due to vehicle matters, but, promised to take away in the next few days. On the whole, brilliant lads.

The team who fitted our base were polite and patient. It was a tricky job and they did it well. Alfie especially was helpful, making sure we had everything where we needed it.

Dreadful service. left a message and had a text message asking for details. 3 days later another text message asking if they could come in 2 days time to survey. I agreed but had to text (rather than ring them as they don't answer their 'phone asking for a time and was told I would be contacted with a time slot. I waited in until 14.00 and heard nothing from them until 14.30 when he rang the door bell - so much for the prior warning. Complete waste of a day and gave me no confidence to purchase anything from them.

Contacted twice..absolutely no response..very poor.

Ordered 7x5 shed, arrived within three weeks and the figment team came straight away. Good customer service.

Stephen and Alex did a fantastuc job when installing our Tigershed. Very professional with attention to detail.Would highly recommend A1.
