It was a breath of fresh air speaking with this company, they answer the telephone instead of emails bouncing back and forth. I spoke with Vitali he was so helpful as i phoned him several times with questions and nothing seemed to much trouble. I therefore was very happy to make my purchase. A few days later my picket fencing arrived, the delivery driver from the company was also very helpful and informative about how the picket fence layout.
The fence is now installed and i have already received several nice comments on how the picket fence as changed the look of my cottage.
If you are looking for fencing with no maintenance then in my opinion look no further than Simply Fencing.

From an initial telephone call to the purchase of UPVC blank posts the service was excellent and would save this Company for the future!

Nothing was too much trouble. You offered help all the way through. Fence looks magnificent and had loaded of compliments. We had to overcome a problem with the posts. They should all be lined to make them more sturdy. The post for the gate needed much more strength as gate is very heavy. We overcame this by lining post with wood so screws held more strongly. Product is superb though.

Happy with the fence itself, relatively easy to install and looks good. Website itself needs improving as the ordering process on the website is neither clear nor easy. I had to call company for help with ordering (which I see from other customer reviews is a common issue). Other than that, and the hefty £75 delivery charge), no complaints and would recommend.
