I ordered 2 lounges was promised they would be delivered after I questioned the shipping, assured 3 times via email items never showed up emails are no longer being answered, cannot get a refund feeling disappointed something needs to be done about people like this disgusting humans!

Took my money but never received any delivery or response to my multiple emails. Scam!

I did an order and the only thing I have received is a band aid, obviously I'm not happy and I truly do hope that Karma bites you and all involved badly.

Purchased the Melavera Loungria recliner lounge in August 2025. It’s now October and haven’t received it, however, was sent one ‘bandaid’ in replace of the $100 I paid. The ad stated the Loungria is normally $299 - SCAM! Hope you get caught!! Shame on you for taking people’s money! And sending a bandaid. Shame on you.
And they took the time to pretend (via email) that it is being shipped.

I’d give it ZERO stars if I could. Absolute SCAM! I received a single piece of band aid instead of the chaise lounge I ordered. You can’t get a refund either cos they make sure to “deliver” it after 30 days of order.

Ordered a boneless chaise lounge chair for $69 and it was a total SCAM. Received a bubble mailer with a single Band-aid inside. Emailed customer service 2x now and no response!

Ordered the loungria recliner and received a tiny wooden peg. Cannot get anyone to contact me regarding this. Total scam and a waste of $98

Also fell for this and ordered 2 of the recliners. Also international shipping. Also got band aids. Total rip off. Luckily I used PayPal so I should get refunded. Highly irritated all these scams sites exist

Bought the recliner and received a single clothes peg in the post. No response from customer services. Don’t fall for it like I did! The reviews on the site itself are fake - I’m sure it will be closed down soon.

Ordered the recliner chair, what arrived was a plaster! Scam! No reply from customer service, the trust pilot link on website is fake.

De er fuldt ud et scamming firma, der med vilje sender en lille pakke så du tror din pakke er på vej og når der så er gået 2 uger kan du ikke trække pengene tilbage og alt du modtager er en træ-klemme.

They advertise five star reviews, but they’re wrong I’m giving this a one star as £100 pounds of my own money was stolen. They say there customer service is 24/7 but after 4 emails over 2 weeks and still no response is a joke don’t fall for this nonsense like I did

I ordered 2 of the loungria chairs on their website and after a month of international shipping they sent an envelope with 2 bandaids in it. I submitted all the reports I could but I know it's a scam.
