During the call, Matthew abruptly ended the session without any prior indication or mutual agreement. The way he closed the call was both rude and inappropriate, falling far short of the basic standards of professional conduct expected from a consultant representing your organization.

After a couple of online calls with Thomas, I can say he offers a comprehensive service.
