Melbros Building Supplies Avis

This is the second time I have ordered fencing etc and both times they were delivered promptly. The delivery men were lovely and very helpful. No complaints at all.

Great, order the wood online two days later it arrives, informed before it arrives what more could you ask for
Many thanks

Really excellent service, they confirmed by phone as I had ordered a different panel colour to ensure it was what I wanted. My error but it was corrected by great customer service. Thank you Melbros

Easy ordering, good prices, fast delivery.

The delivery of my goods was very quick.

Just ask for Chris....thanks for your advice and experience Chris.
Super easy to deal with, great stock, local delivery in Rugby.
Cheers

Fast delivery. Very helpful driver who placed the bags down the drive. Good quality materials at competitive price.

Delivery was fine, but the 10 PAR boards i received weren't very good quality at all (knot holes on a couple of edges and rough edges on few more.

This company has a good list of stock but it’s their excellent customer service that marks them out from their competition.
Always helpful, friendly and flexible they will do whatever they can to meet the required delivery schedule with excellent communication throughout. Special mention for the delivery drivers who are always really polite , cheerful and helpful.

Helpful driver delivered exactly as needed

Friendly helpful staff, great communication. Will the driver expert use of the crane off load.

Next day delivery , reasonable prices and driver was courteous , polite and helpful .thank you Melbros

Brilliant service, very quick delivery

I don't normally write reviews but this was exceptional.
I phoned for a quote at 7.30am on a Monday morning. I live just about on the edge of their 10 mile radius for free delivery, so checked if I was eligible for that service , which I was. The stone I ordered was on my driveway around an hour later. Excellent service from sales to delivery driver who was excellent. Will definitely use them again. Top marks

Good quality products and prompt service. Only given 4/5 because I had put a note asking them to ring me to arrange delivery to ensure I could be home and they instead just texted me saying they would be arriving within 2 hours without checking if I was home. I would use them again but next time I'll ring to discuss delivery!

Delighted with the service I received today, felt like a valued customer (even though I only wanted a single plank of wood) and the sales assistant was really helpful for me.

Quick & on time

Good prices, quick service, good and frendly staff.
We have used Melbros for years. Best builders merchants in the midlands.

Staff will go out their way to help you with whatever your needs wether it is materials, advice or other services they offer. Delivery of materials is very very good and very fast usually can get your materials out the next day sometimes the same day. i also find the prices here very competitive against other places too.
