Unorganized Company

I placed an order on 4/20/2026, on 4/21/2026 I called to get a refund. I spoke with Emily for about 10 minutes while she found my order, and processed a refund so she said. She even went as far as to tell me that my refund would take 3-5 business days to reach my bank.
Today (4/22/2026), I received an email saying my package was shipped today (4/22/2026). I called and spoke with Roman, who verified that he saw the call from 4/21/2026 with Emily, but she did not do a refund. Instead she did nothing. So, now I have to wait and get the package I don't want, in order to return it. I'm praying after reading these nightmares, I do receive my package so I can return it. I will never order anything from Melinda Maria again.

I initially ordered the zodiac necklace. 4 to be exact for me and my friend group. When they arrived they were not of poor quality but not EXACTLY how they looked on the website. I initiated a return,which was easy. As soon as they received the merch, a refund was immediately processed. Since that was so simple, I decided to give them another try. I ordered the initial necklace, 2 the one with the mother of pearl back and the smaller heart shaped one. I am extremely satisfied with both items. Quality and arrived in a timely manner. I would order from them again.

Melinda Maria Jewelry is fabulous. Extremely well made & their customer service is excellent. I shop with them a lot & have never received anything but the best quality & superb customer service. I have returned or exchanged a few pieces because they didn't fit & it was excellent service. Highly recommend them.

Customer service is top notch

But what sold me as a person who they now have my loyalty
Was a necklace I wore everyday became damaged with the clasp

I sent an email with a photo and with in 8 hours I got an email confirmation that they would send a replacement necklace

It means the world to me because in the back are the 1st words my husband ever spoke to me ..

Buyer beware

Buyer beware, I ordered a piece of jewelry from this company on 1/1/2026. It has now been 5 weeks later and I still have not received it. Every time I e-mail them I get the same response, "it's on the way, you should be getting it soon". Yeah right!!!!! I will never ever order from Melinda Maria again. Not sure I will ever receive the product, may have to get my bank involved.

Quality and beautiful products. Shipping takes about a week. Prices are not cheap, but the items are highly quality and worth the cost. Customer service if you call is exceptional. They stand by lifetime warranty.

Sometimes it takes one bad experience to negate any good ones

Edited to add: while I appreciate the reply here from MM, it should be noted that I provided Trustpilot with additional information for them to reach out to me and have still heard nothing from them.

I've been a fan of MM for a few years now, with no real issues at all with my purchases (save for one mystery box item which appeared to be something so awful they were just trying to rid their inventory of, and now I'm the lucky owner 🙄).

I had purchased a bracelet that has a heart charm attached, and immediately upon receiving it, the charm fell off. Luckily, it fell into my lap so I could try to exchange it for a new one.

The return process took over 6 weeks (!!!) ... the delay they said was due to it being a pre-order item (though I received it very quickly when i first ordered it) ... eventually, my replacement arrived, and the charm appeared to be attached in a better location (I was hopeful) ... until the replacement ALSO fell apart. I cant even bother with this again, because it's obviously not a well made product (not to mention, the gold wore off very quickly ... I kept the bracelet on to see how well it would hold up. It didn't.)

I wrote a negative review on the specific product on their site, and like someone else here mentioned, they scrubbed it. They only post 5 star reviews, nothing less.

Customer service has always been nice & polite, but this is about deceptive review policies and faulty products.

Ordered a necklace and gift box

Ordered a necklace and gift box. The necklace arrived without the gift box. I have emailed them four times requesting a $5 credit. It took seven days for them to respond. Customer service first claimed that I ordered on one email address and complained on another so they couldn’t track the order. So I sent them the image of the order. A week later, after I’d given the necklace as a gift, they asked for a photo of the contents of the package. I am still waiting. I guess they need the $5 more than I do.

I never got what I ordered. They sent me the i correct item and wasted my time and money trying to get it replaced before Christmas. This company is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money with them.

Worst experience of my life.

I spent $300 on ONE necklace and the mystery box, the first time is shipped with a company called UniUni. Uni claimed they could not deliver the package and would try again then two weeks later after I called both companies multiple times I was told it was returned to Melinda with no explanation. Fine. Then Melinda INSISTED they reship the order WITH THE SAME COMPANY. O asked for a full refund they said no. Okay so boom since 11/22 the package has stated “out for delivery” I was told to wait a full seven business days which is like three weeks with the holiday before Melinda would do anything about it. So after threatening to go to the BBB I was finally issued a refund. This company is a SCAM I beg you ladies please do not waste your money. Even customers that receive their products say it’s poor quality.

I love the Jewelry- BUT Customer Service not so much!

I love the jewelry, but do not care about the Melinda Maria customer service. I have a necklace that isn't staying clasped. They are not very good at accepting returns for replacements. Instead, they needed me to send videos showing the issue. I did, and they said that it was not returnable. I have bought so many pieces from Melinda Maria, but really not a fan of the fact that I now have a necklace that I spent over $100 for and do not wear it. They weren't good to deal with. Such a shame- because the jewelry is beautiful and quality is nice.

Necklace does not lay correctly and twists so you see the gold not the stones.

I like most of what I have ordered. But the opal necklace twists and doesn't lay right on my neck. So you see the gold and not the stones. I paid over $200 for this and I'm highly disappointed. I received it a few months ago but only first wore it last week and noticed this. Too late to return. And from the reviews I've read I would probably just get the run around and be stuck with it anyway. I've purchased a lot of jewelry from Melinda Maria but won't be purchasing anymore. I mean they have to know this necklace doesn't lay on your neck as it should.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I have quite a few of MM jewelry they all hold up beautiful, the stones are gorgeous and secure (never lost a stone)customer service is wonderful and easy.

Don't buy the mystery box!

What ever you do, don't buy the mystery box! What a waste of money, they sent me one item that I don't even know what it is! Too small for a half ring, too large for an ear clip only one of them. Two little necklaces that the chain is so thin and short I cannot even get them around my neck. I am gong to have to search out a child. A pair of earrings that pull on my ear ( I guess I will try a different backing on those), and an empty plastic package. So I have no idea what was supposed to be in that. So I received 4 items and 4 little pouches and an extra empty plastic bag.. Seriously, this is so bad that I will not order anything from them. I just don't trust someone that is going to send things they cannot sell. Very poor advertising on their part! And certainly speaks poorly of this company.

Very Disappointed

First, I love the jewelry itself…
Except It does not hold up as well as as I would like. It tarnishes. But, was OK with that knowing there is a lifetime guarantee!
Except that when you reach out to Customer Service, you are ghosted. I’ve sent many detailed emails as well as phone messages. I received one message, apologizing, but no responses on how I can receive the exchange.
I have purchased at least 10 pieces of jewelry to say I am frustrated as an understatement.

My name was not on the email (so I presume they do not know me), and there is a button on the email to press and visit the shop.
I did not press any button and I marked their email as spam.

I’m impressed by the Melinda Maria…

I’m impressed by the Melinda Maria team. I was sent the wrong necklace initially, different from what I ordered. Their customer service team was very fast in expediting my correct order which I received within a handful of days. This was all during peak holiday shopping season but they came through for me. My necklace is really beautiful. It was my first purchase with them and definitely not my last. I look forward to exploring their catalog.
