Received my necklace but did not receive the free gift. I sent three (3) emails and left two messages (2) and have heard nothing!

The necklace is as shown but the customer service is terrible. I bought a necklace and a week later it went on sale so I ask for a price adjustment and they sad no. They have a 30 day return window so a sale a week later being denied doesn't make sense if I could return it still. I also asked if I should just return it and buy the one on sale instead in my same message to them and by the time they got back to me the necklace was out of stock. How convenient for them. They also didn't answer that question they just said no because the sale was a week later. I would have continued as a customer but because of the shady customer service do not recommend.

This jewelry irritates my neck and I feel just by reading other reviews that I’m stuck with it No I would not recommend and I will never purchase again from Melinda Maria

Not only does Melinda Maria have great jewelry, they have THE BEST customer service team. They respond within the same day and are all so wonderful. I had a jewelry piece that was damaged and they sent me a new piece right away. All they needed was a picture and they sent a replacement piece. I have made so many purchases in the past three years my entire jewelry is Melinda Maria..I highly reccomend this company..their jewelry is beautiful and you won't be disappointed if you ever do have to reach out to customer service .
Oh and everything ships right away!
By far the BEST customer service I have ever come across. When the post of my earrings broke after a couple of months of purchase, simply posting a picture was enough for them to send me a brand new pair. This type of service is hard to come by. The new set is perfect and I think the first was just a fluke. I’ll be a customer for life. Great designs, quality and price.
