Sizing is no where near standard US sizing, customer service tries to make you keep the product that doesn’t fit, and makes a different partial refund offer every time you contact them. I quoted their, “fully satisfied return policy,” and was still only given a partial refund. Waste of money and time.

I ordered two bras which are deficient in all areas. Sizing is completely wrong. Product is extremely poor quality. Nothing is as advertised. Company would not provide shipping return label & only refunded 70% of the price paid. Awful all around! Do NOT do business with this company.

All I can say is horrible! My normal size is a 34B so according to their size chart I needed to order a large. I am a tall woman. I am 5.10 and I weigh 145 pounds and my boobs cannot stay in the bra. The bra kept riding up. I might as well not had any bra on at all. When I emailed them back on how to refund the bras they sent me back a teary face and emoji with a tear.

Piece of high-priced crap. The bra staps won't even stay on my shoulders much less support anything at all, may as well have nothing on. The bra's are nothing like what they advertise and the company lies about return shipping being free if you paid for shipping in the beginning. Save your money, you don't want this trash!

I ordered two in my normal size. Came packaged as 3XL or something vague like that. They are made with very thin and stretchy material with absolutely no support. I could have tucked my breasts into my waistband wearing these bras. The return was also a hassle. It states if you paid shipping to receive the product that they would pay for a return label. Not true. I paid $4.99 and another $5.00 to return. Save your time and money and buy a bra that you can try on in a store.

Got scammed. Bra is so cheaply made. Do not order. I just wasted my money.

Do not buy their bra. Not like advertised. Poorly made. The two cups of the bar are different.

Extremely misleading and they are nothing as advertised. Totally scammed and disappointed. Requesting a return and refund.

Cheaply made bra. I ordered my size and recieved a generic looking tag that reads “Size:2L” and no markings of the brand. Along the upper cup, the foam/seam has a bit of a lip so if wearing a flimsy or tight fitting blouse, this can be seen. They tout this bra as not showing any seams or back or side bulges, but clearly that front seam is visible. The cups foam forms also have what look like “nipples”. I have pictures I can submit, but don’t see a way to do so. This bra is not worth the money.

If i stuck tissue paper on my boob w spit I would have better support, what a JOKE

This has to be the worse bra I ever bought. No support and very poor quality. They shouldn’t be allowed in business ripping people off with false advertising

Horrible, cheap product. No support whatsoever. Waste of material. Getting a return is too complicated. They want you to send picture of label and other evidence it does not fit. I started to put the cheap bra on and take photo how it does not come over my noons but did not feel like wasting my time. Don’t bother ordering.

Asked for shipping label to return two bras was offered a different size. These bras are so thin and do not support xl breast of any size. Do not buy getting the run around for my refund of $54..

DON"T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased the Zen-Chic Bra - waste of money. First off, I ordered a "D" cup and what I got was more like a "B" cup. Then when I went to return it - I did not even need to try it on to know it would not fit - nor did it have any materials that would "support", it says that bras are non-refundable due to hygiene issues - this is crap- you can return shirts and pants which also touch your body - how do you know the consumer wears a bra when they try on a shirt or underwear when they try on pants! This "company needs to be put out of business. "They "stand by the quality of their products" - just goes to show you, you can put anything in writing - even when it is a blatant lie!

I purchased a "Zen Chic" bra which was supposed to be highly supportive and comfortable. The bra I received was poorly constructed, made with inferior materials, and is definitely NOT supportive for my size D bra size.

Run, don't walk away from this website!
