I won £68 and the balance disappeared, customer support told me it was because I had 17p bonus funds, but I won on a 50p spin , and was not in bonus funds, they will not give me my money back,,,, don’t trust them

The site is average which is OK it's…

The site is average which is OK it's gambling you don't expect to win all the time. But when you do and your withdrawal has been approved and has been sitting there for over 5 days you send emails with no response and the only chat line is a bot that goes round in circles it not a great site for customer service.

Be careful - withdrawal issues

So, it seems I'm having the same problem as others. Withdrawal of £248.
Waited 5 working days... Nothing.
Contacted customer support. They can't do anything with the screenshot of my bank details, they want an upto date bank statement, that includes the same day you send it. My bank does monthly statements, so not sure what I'm supposed to do.
Thing is, I'd relied on this money to put towards a holiday. Really disappointed 😞

Customer service is a joke

Not had any problems with this site until I had 2 small withdrawals of £100 received 1 within the usual time scale , the other £100 I'm still waiting for since 2/6/25 they requested bank statements which I have forwarded but because my statements don't cover up to present day ?? Who's does from any bank ?? They are now again saying this cannot be resolved and although it is a relatively small amount of money I shall be contacting the financial ombudsman regarding this
