No return option
Ordered and received the correct product, but electrician said original wall control was not defect, therefore, I no longer needed the replacement. No response to phone message or email asking for return procedure for unused and unopened product within the stated 30 days return policy.

Your one stop shop
This was the only place I could find a replacement hose from my Bissile pet pro, they have just about every part you'd ever need for any vacuum, i will be using this company again for any future vacuum parts

Spring Clips to Short
All in all we are happy with the product however the spring clips that were provided with the fan cover were too short to install the fan cover properly so we had to reuse the ones we already had. Please take this into consideration when shipping to other customers as it is virtually impossible to get the cover on!
