Purchase a 1200mm siding door shower enclosure. This is an excellent product and needs 2 people to install safely because or the greater weight. I do have 3 comments for improvement regarding installation instuctions.
1. I would recommend screwing all the self taping screws into their locations first before assemble to reduce risk of screw damage.
2. the assembly guidance is written for a RH configuration and you need to study it carefully for a LH configuration.
3. Screwing the assembled enclosure into the recess is difficult for the magnetic side profile due to constricted space. It is recommended to use a 90 degree angled philips screwdriver designed for such restrictions and this should be made clearer in the guidance.

Looks great, would be 5 star, but concerned about the leakage from the door seals that don’t compress as the door shuts. Don’t know if there is any adjustment?

I continue to be impressed by the support from Merlyn Showering as well as the quality of their products.
I had occasion to contact their support team recently and spoke with Paul who could not have been more helpful and resolved my issue with no quibbles at all. I will certainly purchase Merlyn showers again.

Patrick Brennan rescued us from a very stressful situation with shower glass shattering in the middle of the night. He was understanding, quick to respond. An absolute star and huge asset to Merlyn Shower Products.

Not ‘probably’the best for shower enclosures ….they ARE the best. No question. Products and service get top marks in all respects.
If I ever need to replace my shower enclosure I will without question be back here to buy it. 🏆

I had a problem with the magnet on the bottom of my shower screen door. I telephoned Merlyn and spoke to Patrick Brennan who was extremely helpful and asked me to send some pictures of the problem, which I duly did. Within a very short time Patric emailed me to say that he had already ordered the part required and I should receive it in a few days. Exceptionally efficient and very rare these days. Just a line to convey my sincere thanks for sorting me out with the spare parts to repair my shower.
I stumbled into my M10 shower door on Thursday 9th April (clumsy and old :-). In doing so, I broke the guide for the sliding door.
I called Merlyn sales the next morning to order a replacement.
I was warmly greeted by a smashing fellow, who even asked if I hurt myself (I didn't, but the thought eas there).
He sorted me out with the parts I needed and he told me that they would posted forthwith.
The parts were with me early today (13th), and I'd just like to say a huge thank you for sorting me out so quickly and pleasantly.
If all the folks over there in Ireland are as pleasant as yourselves, I'll be looking for a holiday there.

I wanted some replacement door seals and a pivot cover. I was put in touch with Patrick Brennan, who went out of his way to help identify the parts. He asked me for delivery details and then said they would be sent out arriving in a few days. I asked him how I could pay and to my astonishment he said free of charge as a gesture of good will. What a company what a man. Absolutely first class.
