Merlyn’s after-care customer care service is exemplary and faultless. I first bought my Merlyn shower panels etc back in late October/ early November 2021. Unfortunately the bathroom fitter whom I chose to fit the shower cubicle did a very poor job with incorrect alignment etc. I contacted Merlyn customer care and Alan Maher confirmed that the shower would need to be refitted properly and then gave clear guidance with images. His colleague Ronan Devine exchanged several emails with me in December 2021 and January 2022 to resolve issues with the damaged side panel wall profile, which was out of stock and wouldn’t be available possibly until April 2022. Ronan expedited and found a suitable solution to replace all damaged or faulty parts so that I could have a fully fitted and functioning shower, which was correctly fitted by another bathroom fitter, by February 2022.
I contacted Merlyn customer care again last Friday about worn-out door seals etc. and Patrick Brennan has advised me that those replacement parts are on their way to me right now in October 2026. That is all absolutely fabulous and, as I’ve already stated, I’ve received only the highest level of care as a customer.

I emailed Merlyn in an attempt to find replacement parts for a shower door. Very shortly afterwards I was contacted by Patrick who located what I needed and arranged postage to me. If only every company had customer service like that. First class, thank you Patrick.

We will only buy Meryln shower screens moving forward. The brochure, website and range of products are very impressive.

Products are exceptional, very robust with a luxury finish, also very well packed for protection.

The fitter Paul has fantastic had excelkent product knowledge and fits to the highest standard, leaving no stone unturned and no rubbish behind.

Overall, exceptional service, products and fitting, 100% recommend.

Contacted Merlyn to get advice and details of spare parts required to change a Series 10 Sliding door from Right Hand to Left Hand. Patrick who dealt with my enquiry was so helpful and prompt with the replies. Excellent customer service.

My Merlyn shower cubicle is approximately 15 years old , it's still in great shape but one of the sliding door wheels broke , I contacted Merlyn technical spares and spoke to their Agent , he was very kind , helpful and supportive and in a very quick turnaround sent me the spare parts to refit on my shower door , it doesn't get any better than that.

I contacted Merlyn on the 30th September to request a quote for a replacement shower door seal. By the 3rd October I had received a full set of seals. Free of Charge, as a gesture of goodwill!

Clearly identified the part that I needed and supplied it in a few days

Needed to replace a door seal on my Merlyn Arystox shower. Having searched the internet for the correct seal and unable to locate one, I contacted Merlyn direct. What an experience, first off I spoke to a real person !! secondly they were friendly, helpful and most importantly very knowledgeable, they found the correct parts and arranged for delivery to my home address. I am only sorry I didn't catch the mans name but he was brilliant.

An absolutely fantastic company!!! I managed to lose a shower screw cap and Andrew managed to locate the part and sent 1 and 5 spares free of charge. These are the small things that set companies apart in my eyes.. it’s definitely a 5 star from me !!

Reached out for some spare seals on an older shower enclosure. Parts sent FOC as a "gesture of good will". In a world where nothing is ever free what a great way to treat a customer. Thanks

Great service

When enquiring about some new locking nuts for the handle of my Merlyn Swift shower door. Andrew didn’t hesitate in suggesting supplying a pair of handles at no cost to me . That was a generous offer that I was amazed by. A very thoughtful and kind offer considering the shower is over 12 years old. I was expecting that these handles would be out of production.
