I LOVE these boots and I LOVE the people behind the business! They have the best customer support I've experienced. I had a couple of issues with my boots and they have always responded really quickly and were never hesitant about sending out a new pair to make sure I had the comfortable boots I was after.

I have purchased the ankle boots in betroot colour almost 3 years ago. I was happy with them until couple of weeks ago when I took them out to wear and they have completely changed colour to a weird yellowish brown. I have contacted the seller who just said its wear and tear. Would not spend so much money on boots thay don't last again and will not be recommending to other people.

Sizing is all wrong. I took the online sizing option and ordered recommended size. When they arrived, which was fast, the size was too big as a 6. I am a 5 and rarely wear a six other than Ariat boots. Returned boots 2 days later using the return process, which tried to make me exchange and not return for a refund. Label supplied but I had to pay - so beware returns are not free

Love the boots, wellies and sandals !! Very comfy and colours are great, however what really makes this company stand out is their customer service.
Unfortunately, one delivery was stolen but April, replied fast, took ownership and kept me informed all the way through me being sent a new pair!
Yes they may not be the cheapest, but they are great quality and you can actually talk to a person who cares if things don’t go to plan!

My wife loves her Merry Boots. Wears them at every opportunity. So Very disappointed when on Tuesday she noticed the right boot had a crack on the top, near the toes. She’d only had the 9 months so very surprised. Emailed Merry People Tuesday afternoon. Received a reply within an hour. Today she received a brand new replacement pair. This time she purchased the cleaning kit so will use that and look after them properly this time. Excellent service.

I absolutely love the colour of my boots. They would have to be my most favourite colour of all the boots I have had. (and I have had a few)
The delivery was super quick.
They are super comfy and I couldn't wait to get out in them.

Original review - Love the colour options and the boots are very comfortable. Unfortunately they didn’t last well as the sole came apart from the boot. Tried to glue back up but didn’t last. I’d only worn them a dozen or so times and just in wet grass in my yard while gardening so not heavy duty wear at all. As I didn’t wear them often they were outside of warranty timeframe so couldn’t do anything about it. Personally I don’t believe they were worth the money.

Great customer support, I ordered a 36 however they were slightly too tight as I have a wider top foot and I was able to exchange them. They also give you the option to exchange and change the colour or style if you wish which is great

Had to exchange for a different size ( I didnt allow for thick socks). Was too easy. A simple process and a quick replacement. Beautiful boots. Great colour selection - made it hard to pick a fav! My second purchase.

Well , I didn’t think your boots could get any better , than I got a pair of the navy clogs . Game changer . They are perfect. So comfortable. I can step into them so easily and go to the shop , park , walk in the rain and mud , wear them to work . They look so good with everything in my wardrobe.
I havnt had them off my feet .
I’m on the waiting list to get a pair for my daughter and daughter in law .

Regarding your products, our family love them. Particularly your clogs. They are the bees knees in our homes. My mother, my brother and I are happy owners of your clogs. Between us, we own 8 pairs (actually, have lost count) and they are all given a wearing workout daily. Now that is proof of love. They are fairly priced. The quality is superb - faultless.
It is important to note, the Billie clogs have a heavy base which is so important for our balance and strengthening our legs and feet when walking. We find them a great comfort in that regard. Outwardly they are delightful. Beautiful and bright - always a pleasure to slip ones feet into them. So from all of us a big thank you to Merry People and all things Merry People - we love and adore the Merry People products. They are for life. Cheers.

I love everything about this boot! The colour is Devine and high quality.

I own a pair of Bobbi ankle boots and have worn them every day for 6 months while walking the dogs. They are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn and can walk for miles in them. Unfortunately they recently developed some small splits in the big toe area. I contacted the customer care team and they have despatched a new pair as they were under a 12 month warranty. I am very impressed with the customer service and as I said they are incredibly comfortable.

Love these boots. I have two pairs and my step mom now has a pair.

I have both the Bobby boot, two pairs and now the Lochie sandal. Im a dog walker and these are both so comfortable. The quality is great and I wear both everyday depending on the season, they last! Plus lots of great colours to choose from. Love them.
