Finally found something that works well with my hair, very happy with the wave cream! I find that it really helps with the encouragement of my curls that I never thought that I was able to get without possibly having to perm it. I won’t use anything else now, I even recommend merwaves products to my hair dresser who has also been impressed!

I started using Merwave on a bit of a whim, and honestly, I’m so glad I did. My wavy hair had been looking tired, flat, and frizzy for ages, and nothing seemed to bring it back to life—until this.
From the first few washes, my waves looked so much more defined and healthy, and the frizz that used to take over by lunchtime basically disappeared. My hair feels softer, bouncier, and just… happier. It’s like Merwave reminded my hair what it was meant to look like.
My dealings with the company have been pretty minimal, but every time I’ve reached out they’ve been quick, friendly, and really responsive, which makes such a difference. I’m genuinely happy to do business with them.
If you’ve got wavy hair and want it to look its best without a ton of effort, I’d definitely recommend giving Merwave a try. It’s genuinely brought my hair back to life

Didn’t even manage to try the products. Delivery was a nightmare - I had to ask DPD what was happening and they had only received the label - not the parcel but were very helpful. In comparison, Merwave customer service ATROCIOUS - I was really surprised. They kept blaming DPD (never had an issue before - one of the better couriers for sure) and couldn’t give me a straight answer. Merwave stopped replying and only when I pushed did they refund me; no apology, absolutely appalling. The products could be amazing but after this experience I will never order from them again - DO BETTER.
Plot thickens…turns out Royal Mail had the items all along but couldn’t deliver as Merwave didn’t pay the postage costs and were charging £8.50 to release them - honestly, I have never known such an incompetent company! AVOID!

I love the merwave system my hair is so much less frizzy, and feels stronger and thicker with a more sleek finish.
It has been easy to order from them and I am looking forward to receiving the new look bottles in my next order.

Loving the hair cream, this works best for my waves, the foam and gel are too much for my hair. The hair cream creates frizzless waves and is really helping my waves develop! So if you're new to this and have waves, my recommendation is to start with the hair cream.

This is the second order on behalf of my wife. The first was the starter set and the second some oil! Speedy service and despatch and my wife love the products to help with her curls!

Just wow not only is the customer quality amazing ! The merwave products do exactly what they say ! I have the whole range and now on second order! I seen an amazing difference from wash 1 ! Good Products does not make your hair feel heavy with the different hair lotions.My hair does not seem so frizzy even after 2 washes looking forward to trying the mask out when delivered.

Try reading the one star reviews first as I had very similar issues to others but the worst part was itchy scalp!! Hair definitely felt like straw too. They said I could send it back but would only then refund if product was faulty!! I’m going to try to sell on as it was a REALLY expensive purchase and it is just not good…

The truth is I was hesitant. I asked for the starter kit for my birthday. Well just WOW, never in all my years of having wavy hair has my hair ever looked so amazing. I am so thrilled with these products. I have ordered the refresher spray and oil. I would not hesitate to recommend these products. Embrace your curls 🧜🏻‍♀️

Love the Merwave shampoo and conditioner best curls my hair has ever had and a little goes a long way

I’ve only used the products once but I was able to achieve a good curl which I haven’t been able to do for months with my other curly hair products. It feels nourishing but not heavy.

I ordered the starter kit and within a few days of using it my waves are looking amazing. My menopausal hair has become dry and frizzy. Merwave has been refreshed, hydrated and brought back waves that had been lost for years. Highly recommend.

Great products, last a long time as you don’t need to use a lot, so also good value for money.
