Lovely products, great for my wavy hair and love the new packaging.

I love these products & so many colleagues have complemented me on my hair since using them.

I have very fine curly hair , but since using these products my hair looks thicker, defined curls, love the products

I purchased steps 3, 4 & 5 & I've been experimenting with them over the last week. The waves do look ok, but I just can't get used to the awful residue feeling it leaves on my hair. It feels sticky, heavy & knotty even after using barely any product. Not for me I'm afraid & a complete waste of just over 50 quid. I'll be sticking to the other well known brand I was previously using which leaves my waves soft & bouncy in the future. Note to self, don't always believe the hype!

I have always struggled getting a hair product that would suit my naturally fizzy and wavy hair but Merwave is the first to actually be kind to my frizz and calm it at the same time not feeling thick in my hair. Would continue to purchase this

I thought I'd try Merwave after seeing ads on my Instagram account. I've tried so many products in the past which promise frizz free curls/waves and haven't worked so I was dubious. But I'm so glad I tried Merwave. I bought the travel kit so I didn't end up wasting it if it didn't work. But it was amazing. My curls are light, frizz free and not crunchy. I use the mousse which doesn't weigh my hair down and enhances my waves and then the curl gel afterwards. The blog has so many tips which I think is what helps the products to work properly. Probably what I was doing wrong with previous products.

I tried the merwave curly kit and it’s lovely but i thought maby my hair is more wavy than curly because i found that sometimes the curly product felt a bit heavy on my hair. Especially the rephresh spray. My hair seamed to respond better if i only used a little of the product on my hair. So when i saw that they had bought out a product for wavy hair i thought 🤔 I should maby try this. I msg them and they replied in good time. I find them very helpful so I’ve taken the plunge. Haven’t received yet should be here tomorrow can’t wait. Also there packaging is so beautiful 🤩 thanks 🙏 merwave. I would highly recommend especially now that they have the wavy option.

Brilliant product does what it says. Excellent customer service, the refresher spray bottle broke on the second application got in touch and a new bottle was sent out no hassle. Highly recommend

Amazing products. My hair has never looked as good. I have wavy/ curly hair type 2c/3a and these products are perfect for my hair.

I've tried lots of curly hair products and nothing has worked as well on my hair as Mereave. My hair is between curly and wavy, but it's very thick and long, so having light weight products really make all the difference to my curls. I have tried the 5 step process and don't think my hair benefits from Step 3 Feed at all. I think this is my hair is course so it needs more moisture than protein. But hair is definitely at ours best when I use all the other 4 steps together. Cost is reasonable and delivery really wuick

I’ve read Merwave delete any negative comments on Social media.
Personally, I think more of a company if they’re transparent. It’s good to read People’s honest opinions rather than just the positives, which can be fake.
I commented regarding the new packaging, looks lovely, but clearly not as user friendly as the previous, even in the video the young Lady spills half the product. SHOCKED, as within seconds my constructive criticism was deleted. Merwave, if you’re going to use Social media platforms to advertise, then let People have their views and share their honest opinions, stop being so controlling over what you allow People to read.!!

Only tried the wavy routine once so far but made such a difference to the way my hair looks already. I tried another curly product before and didn’t like the feel of it once it dried. I normally let my hair air dry because otherwise it tends to go quite voluminous. Been fighting against my curly hair for so long and straightening it so wasn’t sure whether it would ever look good curly. But I’m loving the freedom of just going with it. Day 2 I just dampened my hair down a little and it looked great still. Just purchased the refresh spray for after wash day as people say it smells great.

I absolutely love these products. I have naturally curly hair prone to a lot of frizz, but since discovering Merwave it’s transformed. The refresh spay is a total game changer

Having had short hair for several years I decided to grow it and found it was much wavier than it had ever been. I tried straightening products but at the first sign of moisture in the air my hair would frizz. I saw Merwave advertised on Facebook with many positive comments so I thought I’d give it a go. Being sceptical I have to admit that Merwave deserved their praise! I’m very pleased with the results and have continued to use the products on my fine, wavy hair.

Having had wavy hair for years, I always straightened it or shoved it in a bun as no matter what I did, it always looked frizzy.
I’ve tried the Merwave kit steps 1-5 and wow! Never knew I had such great curls.

I genuinely love this product!! I’ve seen Merwave advertised all over my socials and honestly thought it was probably a bit of a con but after only 3 washes using the step 3 casting cream I have the loveliest waves forming!!
I love it so much I’ve gone back for steps 4 and 5.

I spent £88 as a new customer with this company. The order arrived damaged and the online price for the set had been reduced by £10 within a few days of my order. I emailed with my concerns and was asked for photos so they could claim from Royal Mail for the damaged shampoo bottle I received. There was no mention of how I would be helped as a customer.
I sent photos as they requested. I received a replacement shampoo and was told that price changes happen. I even suggested they may offer a £10 voucher as a gesture of goodwill off a future order. There was no reply to this email.
As a new customer it’s a very disappointing experience. Customer care is important in my opinion. I will take my money elsewhere in future.
The product is good but not good enough to be treated with disregard as a customer.

I’m really impressed with Merwave – the hair products are amazing and leave my hair feeling great. They smell lovely, and the packaging is really good quality too, which makes the whole experience feel premium. Customer service has also been brilliant!

The only small downside for me is that I would have loved an instruction booklet included with the starter kit. The video tutorials are useful, but I found them a bit fast-paced and would have appreciated something written to refer back to.

Overall though, I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Merwave to all my wavey friends!
