I’ve finally found a product that works on my hair. I’ve been using Merwave products for about 4 months now and I’m very pleased with the results.

Least helpful customer service I have ever experienced. Phone autofilled the wrong address, emailed within two minutes of the order bring placed and requested delivery to billing address rather than shipping address, was flatly told 'we are unable to amend or cancel your order after it has been placed, if you want to return the goods then you can do so within 14 days in the original packaging'
HOW CAN I RETURN THEM IF THEY ARE DELIVERED TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Have requested a charge back from my credit card company.

I have been looking at Merwave for a while and im getting fed up of spending a fortune on curly stuff that doesn't work for my waves. So in for a penny and in for a pound I ordered. I am actually delighted with these products. I ordered the mousse, gel and wave cream and I have lovely waves, really defined and its so quick and easy. Its so nice to not have to spend forever styling my hair. Thankyou.

I have permed hair and have found the amount of products for curls overwhelming, after trying a few other brands that left my curls a crunchy mess I found merwave, what a difference I'm now loving my curls and have now purchased the refresh spray which means im not having to wash it so often.

I like the shampoo and conditioner but the protein , mouse and curl enhancer makes my hair stiff, matted and very dry…..I hate it….. sorry

I’ve always wanted curly or wavy hair. Was always very jealous of friends that do, then a chat with a curly haired colleague made me wonder; when my hair is soaking wet I can see kinks and waves, so I decided to give this set a try. Stopped straightening it and found I have movement and texture, who knew!! I’ve since bought the refresh spray as when I’d laid on it it was very flat, now I’m embracing my new hair and I love it!!
