Extremely helpful friendly and efficient service
Extremely helpful friendly and understanding person who took my phonecall. I explained my circumstances as a pensioner with poor health and the recommendations made by my chiropractor. Sharon immediately accessed the chiropractor's details and took the order for the two lots of capsules, set up a £10 off new order and a practitioner / patient discount. I had immediate email confirmation, prompt 1st class post dispatch and several emails at every stage of the process up to delivery. The items were securely packaged. If I have one small criticism it is that there could perhaps have been fewer emails!

I'm on a regular subscription for collagen. This brand was recommended to me by someone still playing tennis into their 80's! Hopefully it will also keep me active with my arthritic joints. The good thing is that each month my product arrives on time so that I can continue to take without a break!

Overpriced and Not As Good As They Used To Be
I think the last time I reviewed them (might have been under the Nutri Advanced name before Nutri sold their soul to Metagenics), I gave them 3 stars, down from 5 because of their high prices. Now they are down to 2 because of their high prices (or extortionate) and not listening to customers’ needs, by removing, then returning, then removing, popular supplements, such as Gluco-Chrome (think it is available again). I also, and this could be a coincidence, do not feel such a positive effect of the supplements than i did when they were Nutri Advanced, or just after take-over. For example, the Vitamin B seems to have less of a calming effect than it used to, so I use alternatives. Their pricing: I just received another email informing of yet another price increase (I think 4%)... this is now quite common and nothing to do with rising prices of manufacturing - it's to do with profit. This leaves a bad taste and motivates people to look elsewhere. For most supplements (but not all), I use Lamberts as excellent replacements. There are still a couple (L-Glutamine and Calmeze) that I still reluctantly buy because I am yet to find an effective alternative. Vote with your money, people!
