The printing in this newspaper is far too faint and indistinct to read! After the large front page headline text, it is just a blur. This is not an acceptable quality to give the public!

Worst article site I've ever laid my eyes upon. The writers are highly incompetent and will say anything to get clicks. Their articles always stretch the truth. Every single article I read from them is absolute rubbish. Just a bunch of desperate people to gain traffic for their failing page. Don't even bother reading anything from them. Nothing from them is ever worth the read.

Used to read this when it was better. I did comment on a few Articles and have found there is a lot of unfriendly people who if they don’t like your perspective they will insult you and even report your comment. A few of my comments have been reported even though they didn’t go against the guidelines. I have been called names, bullied and ganged upon and even been corrected over my disability. Now I feel it’s best to just read
But then again find some of the stories are written in a biased way making people look bad. Or totally opposite of what is actually true. Parts of the actual story is also missing meaning you will never know the full story.

I routinely source news for themes I'm interested in. Today it was st. Pancras piano, where there has been a quarrel. Metro presents the facts in just the opposite way than the couple dozen of other papers I read, including factual evidence and institutional declarations.
So, for my limited experience, it is more than biased, it is incorrect, unreliable.
I wouldn't say lefty.

It has taken 4 visits to open an account!Upto a 1.1/2 hour wait for an appointment in either a.m.or p.m.
Today 12.01.2024 only a 30 minute wait.
Then no real problems,even a cup of tea.DYLAN who did all the necessary paperwork was very efficient and professional.Need to sort out the system for potential new accounts.

They delete comments they don’t like or they don’t agree with. Nothing to do with community standards, simply they disagree and don’t want your comments to exist. Echo chamber. I had multiple comments deleted for calling an Orthodox cult a cult (despite it being widely regarded that they are a cult) however Metro simply don’t agree so remove the comment and state it goes against their community standards (stating established and accepted facts they don’t like).

You can’t just walk in and open a account without hanging around and waiting for a customer advisor to be seen.just wasted half a day sitting around.very poor service.harrow branch.

I am a regular reader of Metro Online but now it is no longer readable full of errors grammatical and spelling and repeat articles which themselves repeat pictures and stories. I have now deleted the app.

A very poor 'news' site with a strange and inconsistent left wing bias, which is supremely ironic given that it is owned by the daily mail. It doesn't take a consistent stance on issues and appears to deliberately set out to wind readers up, presumably for clicks. It can't be considered a credible news source.

Website is trash. Trying to view comments repeatedly crashes the page on iOS. If you scroll down below the article you’re met with a (literal) never ending stream of ads for random scam stuff. 0/10.

Write any criticism of Islam and the comments are blocked.

No staff at the South Shields metro station, which is hardly unusual. The local kids have pressed the emergency button stopping the up escalator and, of course, there are no staff to reset it. A typical night on the metro. Can't wait for the charver fights! Such a tourist attraction!

I wrote a message critical of Nazis and it was removed.

Time after time they remove my comments. Their reason for this is that my comments violated their guidelines when in fact they didn't. I left a comment on an article that was pushing tarot readings. The comment I left was "Why are you pushing this witchcraft nonsense on your readers" and then it was removed. Hardly violating any guidelines, and a fair question I would argue.
