Excellent product
Excellent product, well made and designed. Unfortunately they couldn't ship it assembled so they sent a video detailing how to put the screen together. Video needs a little refinement. When i was putting it together i was pulling the screen tight which caused the screen to bow and I needed to reorder a new screen, this was not mentioned in the video. Overall happy with the service as they were able to help with a replacement screen but cost me quite a bit more.

Great Experience
Everything was well packed and arrived safely and on time. Installation went far more easily than expected. I did not mitre cut the ends because not all my angles were quite square so I butt cut them and all I can say is don't be afraid to butt cut your ends. It looks fine and is so much easier. All in all a great experience .

Product came not as ordered but…
Product came not as ordered but replacement parts (springs) were sent free of charge. I was given directions on how to remove the wrong ones and install the new ones. But it wasn’t easy. Wish it was just done correctly. I would recommend having them send you a photo or rendering before placing the order.

The order came quickly, and the product was beautiful. Well constructed, and the color was vibrant. When it turned out to be the wrong color for our project, Courtney was helpful and sent me the directions for the return quickly.
