I got there eventually...
the screen order came on time and unfortunately the spring fitting and tabs were opposite of what I expected. I called customer service and they walked me through how to switch them which was a little trick but I got it done. Still not sure why the springs and tabs wound up on the wrong ends...i remember the ordering process around that was strange to me..nonetheless all is well..screen is in place and functioning fine

Pull tab broke
The screen looked great but when I was trying to put it in the pulled tab broke and I ended up having to put it on from the outside…….

Everything was great except for the shipping shipping is way too expensive, especially nowadays when a lot of companies offer free shipping if you spend a certain amount. Otherwise, the screens are great.

The product is inferior in quality
The product is inferior in quality. Does not work, gets jammed up and won't retrack. A complete waste of my hard earned money.

The screens are well done
The screens are well done. My only problem is the location of the spring pins. There was no indication as to where they would be placed. They don't line up with the holes in the window frames..
