Seamless process from start to fini

Junk products and don't care. I spent a ton of money on a screen door for it to arrive damaged and assembled with the wrong parts just to be told to fix it myself. Also, the door, which was the most expensive one, is a piece of crap. It doesn't open/close well and the fit isn't quite right even though I followed their measurements exactly. Huge waste of time and money!!

I called to ask questions about some of their allergy/pollen screening and they said I could order a sample, which I did. I ordered and paid for only one sample but they promptly sent me samples of two of their screens that met my criteria. The individual with whom I spoke was very knowledgable and helpful and did not try to rush through our conversation. Very helpful and considerate people.

DIY package fot Patio sliding screen door was received on time and in good condition. I was able to assemble the door easily.

Screen arrived safe and sound. Nice quality screen. Putting the screen together was a little tedious because the parts fit tight. Have to be careful not to rush and damage the plastic corner pieces. I took my time and it all worked out good. The hardest part of the replacement was taking the old screen off......corroded and stripped screws etc......sheeesh! This new one looks and functions great!

First order was expedited quickly. Due to my oversight I ordered the wrong item. They quickly answered my email and made the return easy.

Ordered one very small screen for a skylight and chose dimensions from the pull-down menu to the nearest 1/16" per available sizes. Screen came accurate in length but 1/8" too narrow, ... a discrepancyt that allows insects in. The response I received was that was within the factory tolerances, ... but the website makes no mention of tolerances and since the dimensions are offered to a precision of 1/16" it implies the screen will be made to the customer's request. The offer of remaking the screen at 50% of the original cost plus the $33 shipping cost was not acceptable since it would result in my paying 1.65 times the initial cost (including shipping) and with no guarantee of avoiding factory tolerances with the replacement order. I am in the design and construction industry and found the response to this fabrication error to be completely unacceptable.

I ordered charcoal screening, and the box says chsrcoal screening. But my contractor started putting up and it is silver. I need the correct screening, and now I'm payi ng to have ghe solver he put up taken down, and my job is ddlayed.
